I am reviewing this on the advisor that assisted. She was so helpful and knowledgeable with the product. She took her time in assisting us and entertain the child.
Only one negative was as we entered the store a male staff member looked us up and down with absolutely no acknowledgement

The store is pleasant & welcoming as was the staff member who helped us with our purchases. He was able to answer any questions we had confidently and we were not subject to any pressurised hard sell. He was quite obviously interested in us taking our time in making the right choice for us which is refreshing.
