The shop assistant Scott was what made our experience truly amazing. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He made us feel at ease and with his guidance we found the perfect mattress for us. I couldn’t recommend and praise the service highly enough. I very rarely fill in surveys but on this occasion I feel Scott and Benson for Beds deserve the praise they have earned by being genuine.

Excellent Costomer Service.
Welcomed into the showroom with our little Pomeranian Dog who is an importnant factor in choosing a new bed!
Went through options, used the computer bed and tried several before deciding.

An amazing experience!
I bought a bed from bensons on Friday 21st august in the new shop in burnley. My experience was 10/10 as the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We got shown as many different options as I needed to pick the right bed and was thoroughly explained all the next steps to come such as : delivery, assembly and removal. Would definitely recommend!

The ordering of the mattress was brilliant, the young lady who served us at the Burnley Shop was very informative, friendly & professional, I was allowed to test out several mattresses, I also was given a free bed care kit & mattress protector, excellent service. The delivery was first class too, delivery was exactly on time, the delivery men excellent, I can recommend this service to all. Thank you .
