I was left to browse alone until I indicated that I wanted help from an assistant. She was absolutely excellent, giving me all the help and information I required to make my mind up about my purchase. I wish more shops/retail outlets would do the same.

Very helpful staff, not pushing for a sale allowed to look around without feeling any pressure to buy. Shop has relocated to Riverside retail park Chelmsford which is not on the drop down.

My mum and I visited the store a few weeks ago and what a smooth & enjoyable experience it was. From the moment upon entering the store, Denislava could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not only did she have a great knowledge of the products available she went out of her way to assist and support without putting any pressure to purchase.
