When I visited in store
When I visited in-store, Angela in the Chelmsford branch was very helpful and showed us round suitable beds for our needs and gave us lots of useful advice to help me choose the right matress and bed for my daughter.
When I ordered online.
The virtual (but real life assistant) helped show me which colour bed and headboard would match as impossible to tell online.
Very useful and good to speak to someone in a shop not a robot/chat bot!

Time for a new mattress
We were approached by a member of staff (Deni) as soon as we walked through the door. She was extremely professional, helpful, patient and thorough in helping us choose the perfect mattress and pillows for our needs.
We were dreading entering the minefield of mattresses but Bensons for Beds made the experience so simple and actually enjoyable!
We can’t wait for our new mattress to arrive.

went for the free mattress disposal
went in with a particular mattress in mind ended up with an alternative but much more comfortable and even bought the pillows given to try the mattress. Just got to await its arrival.

Would recommend Bensons,
Was able to talk to a salesman direct on the telephone without having to leave a message for someone to call back. I phoned Dreams before I phoned yourselves but had to leave a message and consequently they lost the sale. Your salesman was very informative and helpful and he dealt with my purchase very effectively.
