Daryl at bensons for beds chesterfield
I went to bensons in chesterfield looking for an ottoman style bed. Not sure what mattress I needed apart from the fact that I and my partner like a fairly firm one. Daryl came to my aid and put me on the test bed to check what felt comfortable for me, he then took me through all the mattresses that would suit me best. His knowledge of each and every mattress was unbelievable and really helpful making my choice so much easier in a friendly, professional and not in any way pushy manner. I found the whole process an easy and enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend the chesterfield branch highly enough. Fab.

The delivery drivers were courteous and professional, removing their shoes when they came into the house. They checked were we wanted the bed placed and then gave a full explanation of how the ottoman worked. Excellent service from start to finish.

Matched our needs to the products and price
The shop experience was very good.
We were left to wander around and have a look before the staff came and asked if they could help.
They listened to our needs showed us what was in the store and then left us to walk about and discuss our needs together.
When we had an idea of what we needed they took us through the offers available on our choices.
We bought a bed base, mattress and head board.
All in now, delivered and assembled on the date we wanted it.
Very happy with the whole experience.

We were delighted with (sale and) delivery.
We were delighted with the courteousness of Sam and Raz bring our new bed and taking away the old one. Both removed their shoes to cross our carpets even though we had protected them with sheets part of the way. They were friendly and kind. Two lovely young me who treated us as if we were their own parents. They are a credit to themselves and to Benson Beds.
