Knowledgeable & friendly service!
Darrell at the Chesterfield Branch was very friendly and clearly has an expert knowledge of Mattress construction and the suitability of each type to each body shape. In store, he took readings of our postures and weight using their computerised/automated calibration mattress (very high tech) then had us lie on 5 different mattress until we found the perfect one!

Fantastic help from Sarah, she asked what help I needed, took the time to listen and reccomend a bed and mattress based on my needs, it was like having a personalised shopper and she was friendly and kind but didn’t push whatsoever. The products I bought suited me and that’s what was recommended- not the most expensive as often the case- with Sarah trying to get it less expensive for me. Shop environment was clean and clearly signposted with information needed and a range of beds available. Overall a much easier experience than I expected!

Dunlopillo really does give you a good night's sleep, I got ours a few weeks ago and have noticed a maked difference in both my partner's and my sleep. The salesman at bensons for beds was very helpful and although we got the last ones in the shop I'm sure they will get some more in soon
