Imran and Omar delivered the bed and mattress. Very polite and on time delivery. Covered outdoor shoes so carpeted areas upstairs would not get dirty. Many thanks to them for their courtesy.

Confirmation of 2 hour delivery slot and phone call 3 days before delivery was good customer service.

Great customer service in the store, very helpful without being pushy. Good communication with delivery times and arrived at the start of the delivery window, which is always good. Out the mattress in the desired room and took the old one away in 5 mins. Highly recommended
