From visiting the showroom, ordering my new mattress and delivery was fantastic. I was also kept informed of every part of the process. I was very impressed!!

Good communication throughout, from ordering to delivery. Turned up on time, ensured area was safe before entering. Old bed was removed quickly. New bed was assembled quickly and the bed was placed exactly where we wanted it. All packaging was removed. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Not had delivery yet but Lynette at the Derby Meteor store was great and I'm super happy with what I've selected.

Easy, straightforward, bed delivery as stated

I had a delivery time for a new bed and mattress of 1 to 3 pm. A phone call from the shop about 10am I informed me of a delay regarding delivery time. A further phone call confirmed the delivery time was going to be about 6.30 pm. I was given the option of deferring the delivery until the following day. I chose to take delivery.
Th van finally pulled up around 7pm. The lads were very apologetic about the delay. They delivered and assembled the new bed and mattress. The old bed was removed as agreed. They were very professional, friendly and competent.
On the basis of the way I was informed of the delays and the attitude attitudes of all of the staff I am happy to give Benson five stars.

From a phone enquiry, confirm the colour of an ottoman, to purchasing a different one, due to a delivery time of 14 weeks.
Which was not acceptable, Amin showed us an alternative that can be delivered within 2 weeks.

I visited my local store as I knew I wanted an Igel mattress (my last one was fabulous) but needed to know which one would be the right choice. I was greeted warmly by one member of staff who listened to what I was looking for. He then offered for me to use the test bed that evaluates your body distribution and tells you which firmness would suit best. The machine indicated a medium to firm mattress would suit. The man then told me it would make sense to go with firm, as the mattress will soften over time. As such I ordered a firm IGel 4000 mattress. It arrived in good time. I was even able to negotiate the sale price that was offered the day after I ordered it. The finance deal was easy to sort too. Great. The mattress arrived and I was emailed some advice on how to take receipt of it and prepare it for use. Great.
There is a 60 day mattress comfort guarantee. Which would be great. Except if you're told the mattress will soften, it isn't going to soften in that time. So when the time lapsed and I was experiencing agonising new back and hip pain I reached out to explain the situation. I used the chat facility. They advised I could use the returns option if the staff member could corroborate the advice I was given. Great. However, despite the store having my details at the time of my visit, they could not access this now. And so it was down to the advisor 'admitting' the advice he gave 2.5 months ago. Unfurtunately I am now nearly 2 weeks into expecting a call back from the advisor and it hasn't come. When I spoke to their colleague on the phone I was advised it was unlikely he would 'take blame' but that he would call me to discuss it. As far as I was concerned, it wasn't a 'fault/blame' issue. More a 'this was the advice I gave'. Had the advisor confirmed the guidance he gave me, I could have returned the mattress and swapped for a medium firmness. Though I would have been charged 10% of the cost. So that's a £170 charge for a return, plus a new delivery fee for the replacement mattress. So I now have a £1700 mattress that doesn't suit my body. And with no option to even pay for an exchange, I now need to pay around £200 to get a softer topper. Which I will not be purchasing through this shop. I hope this review helps someone to be aware of what their options are if they commit to purchasing through Bensons. Some good bits of service. Very sadly let down by significant issues at the end. Disappointing.

Made sure I picked the right mattress and gave me details about your insurance policy without a hard sell.
Delivery drivers were polite and kicked off their shoes as soon as they entered the house.

Friendly greeting. Listened to me and understood my requirements. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. So ordering my new bed was very easy and speedy. Now, I am excited to take delivery of my new bed next week.

When the bed arrived one of the delivery guys noticed a tiny fault in the headboard. He fitted it anyway and ordered a replacement one for us. Great service.

We've had a great experience with Benson for Beds! We bought our bed in the Derby store served by the store manager Jai and had excellent help and advice. We were kept fully informed on the delivery of the bed and it was delivered on time as promised. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and helpful. We needed to contact customer services and again had brilliant treatment. Five star service thank you

Aman was very helpful, spent a lot of time with us testing out different mattresses and she was very knowledgeable.

Very helpful sales assistant. Tried out the bed to assess best mattress type depending on how we slept etc and then showed a range of mattresses that would be suitable. Great service.

Very good experience. Salesman was excellent giving all answers to questions. Delivered on time , phone call 30 mins before delivery. Delivery men were extremely helpful taking bed upstairs and quickly assembled.
