Delivery great! Customer services, room for improvement
As my bed was delivered on a Friday, I had to wait for Monday for the team to pick up the email from customer services about the missing parts. It would have been nice to have assembly instructions and a care guide for the bed. This was an expensive purchase and a bit more care could have been taken on the call from the customer service advisor.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Aman Preet who helped me purchase my bed after being terribly let down by another company at Xmas time.
The installation process was very efficient and had the bed up in no time. Thank you Emilion and Reece.
As for the bed I ordered the Penelope bed frame. I have had the best night's sleep I've had in years.
Absolutely adore my new bed.

Reasonable pricing with different payment options available. Salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. Delivery was as per schedule, on time, no damage, clean and carried out efficiently by professionals without any problem.

Lovely staff- we had Amen help us and she was so helpful. Showed us exactly what we wanted and advised us on what we were looking for. She left us to discuss with no pressure and was extremely helpful with the buying process.

Excellent service
No pressure from the sales team, we were able to browse and take our time. We were given useful information and advice. Delivery will take up to 5 weeks so I can't comment about that. It's another company that is used however I did feel that it was a bit pricey. That being said, I got a good deal and I am pleased with my decision.
