Great choice of beds with a very helpful Assistant Manager to talk us through the options.

Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company, have delayed my mattress delivery twice and think it's acceptable that I am sleeping on my sofa and it's okay to do so for 6 weeks. I have used two days holidays for the days they said they would be delivering for it to then not turn up, and the only compensation they would offer was vouchers to use in their store because I have cancelled my order, they said I would of received cash if I wouldn't have cancelled my order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never use this company again and would tell everyone to avoid using them too, in the end I went to Dreams and they got me a mattress ordered and delivered in 5 days, best customer service from them. They are a company I would recommend.

Took my elderly mother to the store on the Meteor Centre in Derby to buy a firmer mattress as advise by her chiropractor.

Friendly knowledgeable staff helped without being pushy and there was no hard sell which I hate.

Once we had decided the sales process was quick, easy and very efficient and we left very happy with the whole process.

We were greeted at the Bensons store in derby by Emily. She was very welcoming. After explaining my needs she showed us around the store to explore the mattresses that she thought would most suit me. Her costumer service was excellent, she listened, was pleasant, did not rush me and was very informative of the products. I didnt feel pressured at any time or like she was trying to just get a sale out of my visit today. Emily made the sale today and im grateful for the service i received.
