When looking for a bed
When looking for a bed, we went to the Doncaster branch. The staff they were awesome, Robert came over to see if we needed any help. So once we explained what we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction, and left use too it until we asked for more information.
He was very friendly and helpful so eere the other ladies. Nothing was too much.

Really great service today
Really great service today, Amanda was lovely, very helpful but not at all pushy. Showed us lots of different products, explained Black Friday deals etc and very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend her and the store.

Good Service, great quality
Robert the man who served us at the Bensons shop Doncaster was so helpful, Nothing was too much trouble. He was able to give us measurements to make sure everything fitted where we wanted. We had bought Bedroom furniture from Bensons in the past so when we wanted more good quality bedroom furniture we went straight back to them , And will do so in the future.

TV bed but no tv
We have had our tv bed on order for 2 months and today it has been delivered but without a tv, the customer service team were really unhelpful and we have to wait a further minimum of 2 weeks for a delivery for a tv that is in stock everywhere I’ve checked with a 48hr delivery promise. Come on guys if you sell tv beds the tv should come with the bed. Appalling customer service.
