Staff member, Olivia, was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions satisfactorily.

We shopped at the Guiseley store and were looked after by Olivia. She was very polite, helpful and friendly providing a great shopping experience.

We were welcomed by a lovely young lady as soon as we entered the store.
I had already seen what we wanted online so I asked her if they had that mattress in store she said yes and took me straight to it.
I noticed that the price on display was different I what it said online so I told her and she replied no worries if you can show me we will match it and she did, like I said great service very polite no hard selling job well done

Our assistant, Olivia, was welcoming and very informative about products without being pushy on putting the pressure on to purchase. We returned three times before making a decision and on each occasion she couldn’t have been more helpful.

We had an excellent experience buying from Bensons. David gave us excellent advice and demonstrated an expert knowledge of the mattresses and pillows in-store. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of time to make a decision.

The process of setting up credit is very easy and the communication around delivery is superb.

This is know the third bed we have purchased from Bensons and we will do so again in the future.

We felt comfortable looking around and trying beds without shop staff interfering other than to emphasise help was available if required. When asking for further help it was available to our complete satisfaction. The advice and guidance offered resulted in our purchase.

Chosing a bed has been difficult in the past. I am an 84 year old woman with a painful back. I decided my bed was too old and so went to Bensons Beds at Unit 8 Westside Retail Park, Guiseley, Leeds. T'Nisha welcomed me to the store and showed me round giving me an overview of the types of matresses available. She was then very pactient while I spent an hour and a half resting on various beds. She measured the height of the bed I chose so that I could go home to check how it would match up with the other single bed in the room at home. When I returned T'Nisha was equally welcoming and helpful and enabled my order to be placed. T'Nisha never rushed me to make a decision and had time to listen to me. Please thank her for her kindness to me. I now look forward to the bed arriving on 23rd October.

The staff were very friendly and quite busy when we called in. However a gentleman named David first helped us then a young lady named Olivia took over and sealed the deal.

A good experience at Benson for Beds. I was looking for a mattress, and Oliva explained the difference in the mattresses. She was very pleasant and let us browse after her explanation.
