Company is going worse and worse

Good quality furniture. But company is in a total mess, disorganised, disrespectful. And they are going worse and worse. I bought 2 beds , 3 mattresses and 2 huge wardrobes. Door arrived damaged and they won’t send a replacement till a year later. They gave me a voucher to use in store as a compensation. I went to the Erdington store to meet a very rude and impatient lady and they charged more for delivery. £40 to deliver a small single mattress that cost £219. Delivery is free at Dreams and all respectable furniture company even eBay. No more Bensons for us. They don’t understand that good store staff, delivery and wear house is more important than the products.
