The original zip and link mattresses we ordered were far too “firm”, so having slept on them for 5 nights, we returned to the showroom who were incredibly helpful. There was no quibble about the Bensons 40 night guarantee and we were able to change/upgrade to wonderfully comfortable mattresses (Sealy Orwell).

Delivery was great and we were kept informed between order and delivery. The delivery team unwrapped and removed all packaging.

Choosing my new bed was exceptionally easy thanks to the Kettering store manager whose name was Jay. He was well informed and let me try all the options for a new after I told him about my bad back.

The delivery men were excellent, polite, efficient, gave 30 minutes notice, etc. The only downside was we ordered gliders not wheels and got wheels. It turned out we bought a bed that only comes with wheels, the staff didn't tell us that. The bed is very well made with a quality feel..lovely cloth used too..

Good informative information given to us in the store. Delivery arranged and completed on time. The lorry drivers carried the mattress several hundred metres to the house, and had a good and helpful attitude, thank you Terry and Eric.

Jay was friendly and helpful, he wasn’t pushy, gave us space and time to look around but was available if needed help and to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable too.

Huge price differences on their "best sellers" price. We bought a mattress from Bensons in Kettering and the lady who served us was vey nice and helpful. Our gripe is, about a month ago they had a so called promotion. Our mattress, we were told, is one of their best sellers. This promotion at one point offered 25% off everything. Our mattress was £100 dearer in this promotion, but we still paid £200 more when we bought. I understand companies have sales and promotions but we feel, if this is one of their best sellers, it should have been more realistically priced in the first place. Of course there are promotion codes, which do our heads in, and none of them were any good at the time. My advice, don't buy from them unless they have a sale or promotion ! We are not talking about a few pounds are we. Contacted Bensons and his reply did not cover any of my concerns, surprise surprise !!!

The mattress arrived on time and the 2 gentleman who delivered the mattress were very friendly and helpful.
