Invasive delivery process.
The sales representative Gabriel was very informative and professional, the purchase of the bed was easy.
Then came the constant emails, and texts, and calls, far too many, every day something was communicated.
I struggle to see why if the delivery date has been agreed and payment has been made,do I need to be bothered on a daily basis about the upcoming delivery for the best part of 2 weeks. Just deliver the item on the date as agreed, and contact on the day of with the time slot.
I have found the delivery process to be very intrusive, this is my reason for rating as 1 star. I am still waiting delivery of the bed frame, another two weeks of correspondence awaits.
If you would like to be constantly reminded every 12hours of the day by multiple streams of communication that you have purchased a bed, then these are the guys n gals to go with.

Caroline's Exceptional Service
Visited the store with my boyfriend on Saturday 3rd May and the experience was 10/10 from the minute we stepped in. The lovely Caroline was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and provided the best customer service we have ever had. She really helped us narrow down our search and provided such helpful advice which enabled us to find our perfect mattress! Caroline is a real asset to the company. As Caroline was serving other customers, Charlie put our order through and he too was so friendly and not at all pushy - just like Caroline. Amazing experience, 100% would recommend to everyone. Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. Well looked after. Given many options and tested beds until we found what was great for us. We have used the branch many times and have always recommended to family and friends. We had to call customer service due to a problem mattress. They were excellent in sending someone out who checked mattress and said there was a fault after 3yrs of having mattress. The next day customer service were in phone who advised we could have our money back to go elsewhere or go to store and choose another mattress. To either have similar or pay extra to upgrade mattress. We have opted to pay difference. Brilliant experience and so easy to speak to.
