Great staff
Great staff. Found us exactly what we wanted. Broke everything down and gave us plenty of options. Really friendly and seemed interested in us. Having been to another store that day (Dreams) the customer service was night and day. Also kept our 4 year old and 16 year old busy with a treasure hunt whilst we looked at beds. Wee one had a blast.

Bensons for Beds, the right choice
We went to Bensons for Beds straight after visiting a competitor, the sales person, Charlie, was excellent, he asked if we were OK and left us to browse, until the time were we had some questions and wanted more advice. The advice was excellent. We didn't think we wanted the same brand as we currently have, he explained about different brands what we'd gain, what we'd lose, he helped us try different mattresses to find what it was we really wanted, I even had him and the manager running around finding different pillows for me to try. In the end, with his advice, we ended up buying a newer version of what we have. He fully explained the extra services etc we could get. At no time was he pushy life some sales people can be. He spoke to us, not at us, he was very helpful and explained things without technical jargon. We left feeling we had been valued and we'd made the right decision. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend

Salesperson was very helpful
Salesperson was very helpful. She listened to what we required and directed us to beds that seemed appropriate. She was informative but not pushy and was able to guide us so that our purchase was as we required.

Excellent customer service
Caroline was very helpful, showed me all the options based on what I was looking for and made it easier for me to decide. She was very courteous and it was excellent customer service. Based on my experience I would recommend Bensons for Beds in Kirkcaldy.

Down-sizing my bed…
I wanted to downsize from a king-size to a double bed. The sales person asked me what features I wanted & guided me through what they had to offer. Once chosen, he sat me down while he entered my requirements, including extras (such as dismantling my old bed & assembling the new one) on a computer & printed it out with pricings. At no time did I feel pressured or out of control of the process.

A very good shopping experience
A very good shopping experience. Sales assistant CAROLINE was friendly, knowledgeable and above all in no way 'pushy' for a sale. She was kind, friendly and patient. Highly recommended (albeit bed delivery still to happen but arranged at a future date to suit us).
