There was a great range of beds
There was a great range of beds to choose from, the bensons for beds employee (Jack) was really helpful. We didn’t feel pushed at all as we have received in other shops, he was very patient with us to choose the right bed for us. He had a lot of knowledge about the beds and that helped us pick the bed of our chosen.

Jack was fantastic
Jack was fantastic in telling us everything we needed to know and helping us with any questions I had. He was very friendly and was understanding of our kids being with us, nothing was too much for him. He was very cautious of my younger child getting upset and worked through the process quickly and professionally making sure we had all the right information.

Help very knowledgable and helpful
Help very knowledgable and helpful. I asked about delivery and taking away old mattress and informed 50 pounds for recycling. I assumed that amount included delivery. Paid amount asked for and latter realised that charged extra 39 pounds for delivery not mentioned previously. My fault for not checking but had I realised this payment I probably would not have ordered and looked for a better deal elsewhere as this was first shop visited. After an excellent experience in shop this was a disappointing aspect!

RETURN TO BENSONS. We bought our last king size bed from…
We bought our last king size bed from Bensons over 10 years ago. We were only replacing the mattress this time around and decided to go back to Bensons for a replacement. They have a wide and varied selection of beds and mattresses to choose from, the only issue being is choosing the right one for us. That's where our visit was aided by Alicja Kulakowska sales representative of the Livingston branch which we were in. She made the whole process very easy for us to choose the correct mattress. We tried several before settling on an IQ mattress which we found to be perfect for us. Purchasing was easy with the process including uplift of our old mattress. It was an enjoyable and informative experience.
