First class sales assistants
After a lengthy coversation on the phone with Adam, while i was stuck at home unable to get to your shop,and worried about missing your one day sale, he was so helpful sent photos of the mattress id seen online price ect he was great, He sujested that although he wasnt working the next day the mattress would still be on offer and hed give the details to a female membef of staff so I could go in and see what I was bying the next day, which I did.I understand from the female assistant that he phoned her at home with the details,Your staff at your store at Ocean Park are excellent and went far beyond the norm to assist me , well done all of them especially Adam

Great Sales service in store. Fast delivery. The Elle bed with Slumberland Firm mattress is perfect and looks great. They were brilliant
They were brilliant, our driver/delivery man was Gary Pritchard and he was lovely, on the day it was raining and obviously I did let him know that he didn’t need to take his shoes off, however every time he came in he took his shoes off, but he was so carful with our bed and mattress and was brilliant

Mattress purchase
The showroom was well stocked and the sales staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We were happy with our choice of mattress. The delivery service was exceptional from start to finish. John and Craig were careful and friendly with our new mattress delivery and removal for recycling of the old mattress. We are very happy with Bensons from purchase to delivery and would use them again in the future.

Good all round service from the actual buying to the final delivery & assembly very pleased with the service - even though the delivery date was changed by Bensons at the last minute which meant that we had to also change other appointments which was rather inconvenient.

Great Service at Portsmouth Store
After a disappointing experience with another major mattress retailer, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Bensons for Beds.
Ryan at the Portsmouth branch took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and provided expert advice without any pressure. He carefully explained the different options available and helped us find a mattress that perfectly suited both our requirements and budget. We came away with a mattress we probably wouldn't have considered ourselves, but after trying it, it felt incredibly comfortable and was exactly what we were looking for.
The whole experience was professional, friendly, and customer-focused from start to finish. We would highly recommend Bensons for Beds Portsmouth to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent service.
