Very pleased with my new bed base and the service I've received from Bensons Beds. Sami was extremely helpful when he sold me the bed base and all the communications there on in where great in terms of keeping me updated on delivery and what to expect. The two chaps who delivered and installed the bed were also great. I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benson Beds and buy again.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the service! I had two beds and mattresses delivered, and the team was incredibly efficient. They built the new beds quickly and even took away my old mattresses, which was a huge help.
I was especially impressed because I’d just had new carpets fitted; the guys were so respectful, taking their shoes off without being asked and ensuring all waste was cleared away. The product quality is fantastic—I couldn't be happier!

I purchased an iGel pillow from Benson…
I purchased an iGel pillow from Benson for Beds. The sales assistant who sold it to me was very friendly and provided a very detailed introduction. However, after using the pillow for only a few days, I noticed that it quickly became flat.
A few days later, I brought the pillow back to the store, simply to ask whether this was normal (I was not asking for a refund or exchange). Unfortunately, the sales assistant on duty that day was not very friendly. Even before I took the pillow out, they insisted that there was no problem with it. No matter what I said, they repeatedly claimed that it was “normal.”
I compared my pillow with the display pillow in the store in terms of firmness, and they still said it was normal. They even stated that the softness and firmness were normal without properly examining my pillow.
Does this mean that once a product is sold, customers are no longer welcome to ask questions or raise concerns?
