Went to local store at the Gallows Corner Retail Park, and staff very friendly and helpful. Purchase done with Luke & everything explained fully and all questions answered. Advised of the warranty and the bed-care package offer which have taken up. Very happy with service and look forward to receiving our new bed.

Only giving 4 stars for the moment, as the mattress hasn't arrived yet. But the staff have been very very good. Had to change one thing on my order, which then changed my delivery date. I had a little moan about it, and they got it sorted for a delivery for when I'd be at home.

The buying experience was positive, however, the customer service has been poor after I had to return an item. I went into the store to explain why an item had to be returned and to check if an alternative item was available. Nothing suitable was available so the salesperson agree to speak to the finance company, make adjustments to the payment plan and call me to confirm. It has now been over 2 weeks since I went into the store and I am still waiting for a call from the shop.

The salesman who served us was polite, not pushy, product knowledgeable & helpful. Would recommend.

A really experienced person called Ali who was friendly and very helpful.He helped me decide on a mattress but did not influence my decision and made sure I had sampled all the other options
