The whole experience of buying a bed from start to finish was excellent. In the showroom at Sheffield, we were given space to just look around, test mattresses and enjoy the process to our hearts content.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, answering all our questions, they did not push any sales on us they seemed to be more concerned with helping us find the right bed and mattress for us.
The customer care team in store were polite and friendly, even over the phone they helped me to retrospectively buy mattress insurance/cover..
The delivery team were professional, prompt and did exactly as I was told they would, arriving on time, giving me a prior call when they were 30mins away.
They delivered the bed exactly where we wanted it and advised us again on the protocol of unwrapping the mattress etc etc.
Great all round service and worth every penny. God bless

I had the help from colleagues in the shop to choose the right mattress and was given time and space to try out as many as I wanted to. The colleagues that organized my delivery were helpful. I was given a day an a time slot that worked well for me. The delivery staff were excellent

Staff in the store were very friendly
Staff in the store were very friendly, helpful and patient especially as I changed my mind over the mattress and headboard after my initial order. I was kept informed about delivery and the two lads who delivered it were absolutely charming and set everything up efficiently. Delighted with the bed and have slept well. It is a bit on the tall side but I'm sure I'll get used to that.
Would certainly recommend this company.

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They have a vast knowledge of all the mattresses available, are happy to spend time discussing our needs, answering our questions and what are the best options for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we didn’t feel any pressure to make a decision.

Fantastic customer care all round
Good range of beds to choose from but above all the excellent care and knowledge of the salesperson, Richard who was wonderful. The delivery people were also brilliant even putting over shoes on before coming into our flat which is up two flights of stairs. The bed is well made and very comfortable.
