Haven't had the bed delivered yet, but feel we have what we want at a good price. We had decided on a bed and mattress after a visit to the Stafford store, where we were given good information and professional help by a very pleasant male sales assistant. We bought the bed and mattress on line, as there was a further discount with a discount card. It is a shame the card couldn't be used in-store, as the selling was done by the sales assistant there.

Member of staff did delivery at £10 rather than £50 if I would of had to pay the £50 (my order was only slightly over £100) the sale would have been lost and I would have gone elsewhere

Very helpful and friendly service!

Needed a bed for spare room when son moved out and after looking online went along to my local Bensons. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was shown around to test the different mattress firmness on different bed bases so the ideal choice could be made which you cannot do online. The beds were solid too so great quality. Online deals were also honoured. This is now the fourth bed and mattress bought from Bensons.

Wrong item delivered in the first place then had to wait for the right item to be delivered an extra 8 weeks, £50 voucher took ages to get sorted out , the only good thing about your company is that the fitters knew what they were doing and made a very good job of fitting the wardrobes.

I mean, it was just a pleasant experience. I didn't plan to go and try out the mattresses, but I'm glad i did. I ended up buying a tempur mattress. Expensive. But as soon as i lay on it, it ruined the other mattresses for me. Linda the sales rep was pleasant like i say. All good.

George was very helpful with all details and made us feel comfortable, his humour kept us relaxed and positive well done George

Jack was very helpful, told us what we needed to know. Gave us time to try the different beds. Good choice of mattresses and a really good price. Would not go anywhere else . So nice to be able to take your time . The staff at Stafford Store are a real credit to Bensons.

What a great experience in purchasing something and not being pressurised into buying there and then.
Not pushed into buying the most expensive mattress just the one that was most comfortable for me.
