Sandra was very helpful, they have a bed that can go from extra firm to soft so you can see what level you’d prefer and a screen shows you your pressure points then using your preferences and your budget the seller shows you the best beds for you :) We are very happy with the customer service and the bed we choose!

Delivery boys a joke
Electric ottoman bed got delivered boys just walked right in didn't clean feet straight in to a carpet were they didn't have protective feet covering on shoes connected my bed up on all the wrong bits so nothing worked wires everywhere inside base instead of through the pre drilled holes to hide the cables said it won't go down until mattress on which was rubbish things not tightened up my husband had to re do it all and connect it properly too much in a rush to try n get to next delivery

Penzance backcare mattress
The mattress is great, really comfortable. The staff in store were very knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery was straightforward as was removing my old mattress. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Benson's again.
