Bentinck fencing did an excellent job in re-fitting 2x fence panels and cementing and screwing a wooden post to a wall would hire them again

I have purchased bed and mattress. Very good quality and good price. Best to go showroom and buy it. I wouldn’t trust group on or another party’s .

Horrible company for work very unprofessional like manager and supervisor.
no respect for worker at all. Full of Romanian peoples, Bentincks Ltd will not pay you anything for 2 weeks.if you dont believe me, go try it. BEWARE!!!

Purchased 2 sofas. So uncomfortable we informed store of purchase 4 days after delivery.
Not only uncomfortable but other faults visible that demonstrated terrible quality and workmanship.
After 3 weeks forced to purchase secondhand sofas as we couldn’t cope with discomfort any longer.
Letter sent to reject them under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 just 14 days after delivery.
Store we purchased them from refused to give refund.
Until we ran into problems with sofas and terrible Customer Service, we had no idea who Manufacturer was. Had we known we would have checked reviews and avoided.
So all good People please ask who manufactures the sofas you intend to buy and avoid this Manufacturer.

THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE EXPOSED FOR WHAT THEY ARE.... RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!. THEY PASS OFF PLEATHER FOR GENUINE LEATHER.. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEYVE NOT BEEN ON ROGUE TRADERS/WATCHDOG. COMPLETE CON MERCHANTS, WELL KNOWN FOR IT. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT THEY WILL CALL YOU A LIAR AND SAY THAT YOU HAVE MISSTREATED THE GOODS. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE IN WHEN YOU THREATEN THEM WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE STAY AWAY.

Absolute joke this place, daughter bought her bed here it broke ! I have had shocking customer service. I couldn’t even get an answer on the phone I had to go to the shop to say what had happened. I was told I would get a phone call back didn’t happen, I had to ring them 18 times then contact the head office . Just avoid these people.

Scam artists to buy from and to work for avoid like the plague polish workers on less than minimum wage smoking and eating whilst working amongst other unsanitary things. Do not buy from these guys! They are also assocaited with tesco direct and SCS so be careful where you purhase from!

I BOUGHT A SOFA FROM TESCO DIRECT CALLED AN APRILIA IT WAS BOUGHT I THOUGHT THROUGH A PARTNER OF TESCO CALLED WARELY I NOW FIND OUT AFTER MONTH,S OF COMPLAINING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE SOFA , ISSUES WITH A SUNKEN ARM, PILLING OF MATERIAL, TWISTING OF CUSHIONS, ONE BACK CUSHION HAD BEEN REPLACED AFTER I HAD COMPLAINED THAT THE STITCHING WAS UNDONE ALL DOWN ONE SIDE AND THE CUSHION HAD GONE OUT OF SHAPE WITHIN A FEW WEEKS IT TOOK ME THREE MONTH,S TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR THAT. I AM STILL NO FURTHER FORWARD AS THEY SENT A GUY EVEN MORE MONTH,S LATER WHO SAID AFTER HE HAD SPENT 10 MINS OR MORE PUMMELING AND RE-SHAPING THE CUSHIONS AND STUFFING THEM BACK INTO THE COVERS THAT HE THOUGHT IT WAS OK THAT I SHOULD DO THIS EACH TIME AFTER THE SOFA WAS SAT ON. THAT THIS IS WHAT HIS REPORT WOULD SAY AND THAT HE WAS ONLY SENT TO SEE TO THE CUSHIONS AND WAS NOT GOING TO REPORT ON THE OTHER ISSUE,S , HE TOLD ME THE COMPANY NAME I WAS DEALING WITH WAS BENTINCK FURNITURE WAREHOUSE. TESCO,S NO LONGER HAS EITHER THE APRILIA SOFA,S OR WARELY FURNITURE LISTED ON IT,S WEBSITE AND DID,NT MENTION THAT THE COMPANY WAS INDEED BENTINCK FURNITURE WAREHOUSE TO ME WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEM.

Just bought a leather sofa from Bentinks via tesco direct - great quality and promptly delivered by helpful delivery guys .

Got a sofa delivered but not the one I ordered,I was told that it's was a picked up by mistake so the assured me that they will rectified the mistake in 24 hours but I had nothing to sit on as I gave away the old one so the left me the wrong sofa as a good will gesture and was told that it will be replaced the next day,2 weeks on had no joy with every phone call I made I was has got me no closer to a happy ending,let's see what next couple of day will bring. Take my advice stay well clear of this Micky mouse company

DELIVERED AN ITEM OF COMPLETELY FAULTY FURNITURE, AND REFUSED TO REPAIR IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just received a rattan corner sofa purchased from groupon, covered in holes, damaged corners, poor stitching, cheap quality material on the cushions and the coffee table had collapsed inside the box before delivery. Will be on the phone to groupon in the morning, disgusted!

I bought sofas through groupon that were meant to come from Bentinck furniture! It was the worst experience iv had yet. After reporting 7 aorking days delivery. After about 7 days They called me in on a Tuesday that the sofas will arrive on Wednesday(the following day). So I threw my old sofas away to make some space and decided to sit on chairs for one day. How wrong I was the havent arrived on wednesday so I decided to call in back on Thursday asking where the Sofas were, they seemed surprised the sofas didnt arrive and told me that they will send a express delivery for it to arrive the following day (Friday). Once again nothing. I called in back on Monday today and they are trying to tell me that the express delivery failed on Friday for some reason and that they have to re schedule a new delicery date.
While the order was supposed to be within 7 working days Its already been 14 working days and the sofas are nowhere close. And its been 7 horrible days my family sitting on chairs due to their lieng on the phone.

Never Again!

Beware! They trade as Warely furniture on Tesco direct. I got a sofa and a sofa bed from them. I ordered chocolate brown and was sent pale beigey, golden coloured sofas.
I found them to be very rude and idiotic to deal with, still not resolved, nightmare!

I purchased 2 x table lamps, 1 x tv stand and 1 x sofa table from this company in December. The items came flat packed and on inspection they were found to be terrible quality ( the walnut wood finish was infact MDF covered in wood effect paper ). We contacted the company and complained. We were told the items could be returned at our own expense. We duly did this and everything back at their warehouse by Mid December. No refund was forthcoming - 2 weeks (by now early February ) ago I finally got someone to speak to me and he informed an tem had been delivered to them damaged. during the conversation he stated it was the TV stand and then later on he said it was the console table and the damage varied from a chip in the glass to the glass being totally smashed as the conversation went on. I have received no evidence of the damage and how do I know it didn't happen in their warehouse where the items have been sitting about whilst I waited for a refund. Then to cap it all I have waited another 2 weeks ( and 3 more phone calls ) for my card to be credited and they've deducted £145 from my refund!! I am not one to go on sites and do reviews but I am so angry at how this company operates I want people to know before they hand over their money!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
