I recommend never to use this firm.
I had a small job to be done: replacement of a single 0,5 m old galvanised pipe under the kitchen sink.
I let the one plumber inside the house and left and consequently did not oversee the work. Later this firm claimed it send another plumbers as he claimed it was a 'two men job' and billed me double labour hours. One plumber didn't even fit under the sink so I suppose the other plumber has been massaging the other's back while doing the work.
Moreover, he charges hourly cost for the company car.. as well as an extra car and labour hour for disposing of the garbage (in this case one single old pipe) .
In addition, the firm charged more than 200% for the hardware it used (some simple pipe and fittings) compared to normal store prices.
Generally poor response when inquiring and complaining about the bill.
Total bill for replacing one single 0,5m pipe: almost 6000 kroner based on 8 labour hours(!).
This firm left a very bad taste, has no understanding of what customer service means and the firm will not shy away from squeezing the last kroner out of you so unless you feel like being ripped of dont use Brdr Hansen.
