Top quality garden doors, and after 8 years the stay mechanism had disintegrated. I contacted customer service and the new mechanism arrived within 10 days. Great service and easy to fit. So Thank You very much.

We ordered an extra large bespoke front door with side and top windows.
Bereco have been very efficient and timely. Communication has been excellent and they have manufactured and delivered on time. The door looks amazing.

What I loved is that finally, one compagny is able_ if you wish to_ to give the full range of technical specifications of the windows and is not hiding anything. So you will know which thermal performance and accoustic performance can be achieved in the market and choose accordingly. No need to look elsewhere and get the feeling that you do not know it all. The sash windows are of excellent quality. After sale service great as well. For people in conservation area, Bereco gives very precise drawing of the windows to make sure that they will look like the traditional one. My only issue that they do not instal, they can recommend someone though.

A really good company to deal with. Very helpful team of people from sales, technical support and delivery. Any time I called, I did not have to wait to speak to the right person and help was immediate.
So not only great customer service but also terrific products, well designed and exact fit. Competitively priced.

cannot recommend them highly enough from the initial contact through to deliver to the quality. the windows are superb. they aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. if you want the highest quality windows and doors with the best support then Bereco is for you.

Beware of this company. They quote 10 year guarantee and in our experience it’s not something they uphold. I have a new house with Bereco windows and patio doors.However my front fixed window developed a crack in the double glazing in the internal pane. Judging by other reviews the fault is not uncommon. Berco have insisted this is not covered by the 10 year guarantee, even though they have never even been to inspect the problem. After several discussions also involving our builders, they agreed to make an assessment. 3 months later and 2 no show appointments we still have a broken window.
Needless to say the one star rating is well earned and would not recommend using this company.

Hi all we had bereco last week to look at our windows after been installed 13 years ago
3 of them are totally rotten and can’t be repaired I know this because I am a qualified joiner of some 30 years
They have told me it’s a maintenance problem and are not going to do anything about it
I have been a joiner for over 30 years in this time I have made a lot of timber windows for various clients and they are still ok
This company are using sub standard materials and labour don’t believe anything they tell you
Looks good but underneath the paint the timber is rubbish and sealant is no better
Total rip off
All you people who have written a good reviews wait until 10 years

My sash style window was supplied by Bereco and fitted by Heronhurst Windows. The quality of the workmanship and service in both the manufacture and fitting was excellent. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bereco and Heronhurst.

The windows are beautiful, I can't stop looking at them rather than through them!!

Beautifully constructed windows which do the job perfectly. Handled Covid disruption effectively. Installation went smoothly. All in all a job very well done.

Ordered 8 new windows and french doors via our builder about 18 months ago. All now installed and are good. One small window recently developed a crack in the glass and I went back to the builder to get this replaced. Bereco told the builders that they should buy a new glass panel and replace it and send the cracked panel back for them to assess whether it is a manufacturing fault and therefore that it would be paid for by Bereco. The problem is that the cost of this will only be paid by Bereco after the work is done. What I believe they should do is come and look at the cracked window before any replacement is done and admit liability. This, the builders have told me, they will not do. Not happy about this. Surely the sealed glazed units should last longer than less than 18 months.

We replaced the window that our designers and construction team had ordered from Potton as it was far too high and small. I ordered a much bigger window direct from Bereco. They were extremely helpful and kept in touch regularly, helping us by bringing the date forward as we needed the replacement window urgently to allow work to progress.
The window fitted perfectly. It was of a very good quality and I am really pleased I decided to order a bigger one.

Visited the showroom last year and impressed with the finish and quality. Just as delighted with the windows and back door that we ordered. They look fabulous.
