Great bicycle and a good price - value for money

Bought the Bergsteiger Windsor in September 2022 and it was a good decision. The bicycle came beautifully packaged and it was very easy to unpack and unfold. As this was a gift for my girlfriend, she loved cycling it from the second she took it outside. As an engineer I also have to admit that the build quality is great for the price. Only small issue is that the handlebar seems a little bent (which I still need to take up with customer support) but it still rides great.

Minor problem - replaced wheel

We got our daughter a new bike for her birthday.
The bike arrived with a slight issue on the rear wheel.
We contacted Bergsteiger via the website - and got a response the next morning. With a couple of emails back and forward to determine the problem - the company send a new rear wheel.

I must complement them on managing a customer complaint with the utmost professionalism. Well done Bergsteiger Bikes!
