Polite and friendly
All the staff are polite and respectful. I had a very positive experience from the diagnosis to titration. This is my first experience of right to choose after many years of private healthcare.

The waiting time has been really short and the service excellent
Very smooth process
Very good service with good patient care. I would readily recommend
Very understanding
I find them very easy to talk to. They explain everything and don't mind repeating if you feel you didn't understand the first time. Very understanding.
Dr Anudha Dutta Was great
Dr Anudha Dutta Was great. She listened to me and got my prescription transferred over to my gp without having to pay extra for a letter. She is excellent and kind.
The reason I give only 3 stars is that this industry is a big scam and costs a ridiculous amount of money for not very much. Lots of promises about medications that in my experience, usually don’t work like promised. I found my own medication through research and Dr Anudha Dutta was kind enough to listen and prescribe the meds but the previous 2 grand I spent with Berkely yielded no results, and caused more problems than it solved.
Dr Joanne Woodger was amazing
Dr Joanne Woodger was amazing, very comforting and understanding of different situations during my diagnosis appointments. I was nervous going into appointment but was at ease as soon as I joined the call. I very much appreciate the experience I received.
A truly transformative experience
I had a really positive experience with Berkeley Psychiatrists from start to finish. I was referred through the NHS Right to Choose pathway, and the team were quick to get in touch once I'd selected them as my chosen provider.
Dr Hill who carried out my initial ADHD diagnosis was friendly, understanding and clearly very knowledgeable, as well as being approachable throughout.
Once I had my diagnosis, I was put in touch with Connor, who handled my titration. He was excellent. He explained the whole process clearly, listened carefully to my needs, and advised on the right medication and dosage for me. He wasn't at all pushy, and he made sure I was on the correct dose by following best practice, including having my blood pressure and weight monitored. He also took the time to explain what would happen after titration, including the shared care process for moving back to my GP.
The impact of the medication has been fantastic. My performance at work has improved dramatically, to the point where I no longer need to catch up outside of working hours.
Overall I couldn't fault them. There's nothing I'd change. Absolutely fantastic.
Claire Carroll Has been fabulous
Claire Carroll Has been fabulous, professional, empathy, follows clinical guidance but centres the person at each interaction.

Jelena was great
Jelena was great, I felt like her questions were great for a medication/titration appointment, she made me feel quite relaxed and comfortable
Lovely team, fast process. No pizza tracker..
I am halfway through the process but I have found the team who pick up the phone to be welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The process has been incredibly fast in comparison to rumours you hear about ADHD treatment. The only thing that could be better is if you had some kind of online portal where you could see where you are in the queue/process, kind of like the dominoes pizza tracker, but for mental health and they deliver meds instead of delicious pizza. I'd like to specifically shout out Tanya and Jesse who are awesome.
Very quick and easy appointment
Very quick and easy appointment as usual. I saw Mrs Victoria Gray and you come away feeling heard and reassured with the continued care. I would and have recommended each of the clinicians I've seen and Berkeley Psychiatrists as a whole.
They are absolutely great
They are absolutely great. Didn’t even have to wait too long to get sorted.

Very quick appointment, thourough in the questions and forms that needed answering. From innitial referal from gp to titration was approx 7 weeks.
My ADHD assessment went very smoothly…
My ADHD assessment went very smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with prompt responses to emails and helpful contact over the phone whenever I had any questions.
All of the information, instructions, and appointment details were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process feel straightforward and well organised.
The assessment itself was professional and put me at ease. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily recommend their service to anyone considering an ADHD assessment.
Consultation with Dr Hill & Mr. Nabeel regarding my referral for my ADHD
Dr Hill was very methodical and was thorough when he went through my symptoms. He was confident in making a diagnosis and explained things very clearly.
The admin staff was very helpful and clearly explained the process with the team.
My appointment with Mr. Nabeel Ahmed was also very good. He was also very systematic with his explanation regarding the treatment options and suggestion, major & minor side effects and what to monitor and how to administer the treatment. He also answered all my questions and queries.
Even though everything was done on video link/audio call (ie not seen face to face) I am so impressed with the entire team. All staff are so professional & helpful. I am so fortunate to be assessed, diagnosed and treated at this centre. They’re simply amazing!
