Have had the HEKI roof light resealed on my caravan, it wasn't leaking but felt it was only a matter of time, Steve and his team have done another excellent job and super quick, now the worry of it leaking has been removed, this company are highly recommended if there are any repairs that need doing.
Used this company last year to carry out repairs to my motorhome, with water ingress issues.
Initially supposed to be taking 4-6 weeks, they ended up breaking my habitation window. This then turned into a 3 month wait for them to procure the correct part.
Earlier this year when using the motorhome I noticed the awning wasn't closing correctly, upon further investigation the nuts holding it to the body had not been replaced post works, and it was therefore hanging of and letting water in.
Shortly after I then noticed the other interior wall was also letting water in, so now the new wall panels they installed were now soaking wet, they had failed to seal the original leak correctly.
All this work costing £3800.
The response from Berkshire Caravans was it's out of warranty and not our problem!
An offer of goodwill was to supply replacement boards and sealant....
No thanks.
I'm now having to carry out these works myself.
Appallingly bad.

The repairs were carried out 1.5 years ago.
Your window did indeed get damaged during repairs unfortunately, this was rectified by replacing with a brand new genuine replacement window, we could not control the length of time it took to be made and shipped to us. We had a van sat there repaired having spent money on labour and materials but not being paid whilst awaiting the window, this was obviously not an ideal scenario for either party.
We have clear terms on our warranty, you not only failed to adhere to those terms by not maintaining the vehicle properly or having the necessary checks undertaken but you also began dismantling and stripping your van before even notifying us of any issues, we cannot objectively confirm the cause of an issue when you've taken the vehicle apart.
Offering costly materials as a gesture of good will is exactly that, if you would rather pay for them yourself then that is of course your prerogative.
Took my caravan for a damp repair and service .The workshop failed to refill the alde heating fluid leaving me and my disabled wife without heating on our holiday
Although the company did contact local companies to resolve this the solutions offered were both impractical and unworkable and would disrupt our holiday even further
In the end I agreed to take a £300 payment and find a professional company that checks there work prior to releasing vehicles back to paying customers
Also threatening a customer with libel charges for pointing out there glaring lack of competency in legitimate reviews shows the standard of this establishment
I would not recommend this company to anyone

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
We acknowledge that an issue occurred due to human error but your comments regarding our approach to rectifying the issue is grossly inaccurate.
We contacted no less than 20 local companies, found one 15 minutes away that could rectify the issue but you declined stating it was unworkable whereas in reality it was simply impractical to you.
We also offered to send a member of staff to you, an 11 hour round trip but unfortunately the timescale to get the product meant it wouldn't work with your schedule.
We did all we possibly could to rectify this issue and in the end paid you £300 for what you stated would be the matter closed.
To be clear, we did not threaten you with libel charges, we stated that if it was worth the time and effort we would seek them due to you committing libel, which you have once again done. If we were threatening we would be demanding you remove your reviews otherwise we would seek charges, we did not do that because we trust in people to see the truth of the situation.
I understand your frustration but you were never going to be safisfied with any solution provided to you and your attempts to tarnish our businesses reputation over one simple mistake despite the considerable time and effort put in to trying to resolve it speaks very loudly as to the type of person you are.
