When you make a purchase the return window is 14 days. I notified them on the day of delivery and every day for the next 13 days that I wanted to return the merchandise. I was get a response until sixty days later, at this point they just played games about the return window being closed and refused to acknowledge my 14 emails requesting return during the return window. This company is a joke. Horrible business practices

RizzSoles is a complete scam. They do not disclose that their product is made in and shipped from China. The product itself is very poor quality and does not work at all. When you contact customer service to request a return, they take 2–3 weeks to respond. By the time they reply, they claim that the 14-day return window has passed, according to their policy, and refuse the return. Do not trust this company. Unfortunately, in 2025 I’ve been learning more about how these types of scam operations work.

A scam company, stay away! Ordered a week ago, got a confirmation but tracking link is not working and they are not replying to emails. Order was probably never even shipped.

Scammers! DO NOT BUY! I never received my order! This people will rip off your money and never look back. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, just to receive a response once a month until I actually stop receiving them. Very frustrating experience

I keep getting monthly $19.99 charges from my bank account, and I didn't sign up for anything, all I did was buy a pair of socks. Does anyone know how to stop this? It feels like fraud.

This company is a scam. What I received is not a sock; it looks like an ankle compressor. I bought four pairs, which were advertised as 2 inches and 3 inches high, but all four pairs arrived at a height of just 3 inches in a cheap package. They are extremely flimsy and won’t stay on my feet because they are too loose. Walking around with them is a safety hazard.

After purchasing, returning them is nearly impossible, even though they claim you can return items within 30 days. Their phone numbers are ghost numbers, and if you try to call them before making a purchase, you will most likely not get a response. After buying the socks, even if they are unworn and brand new, they will not allow returns because they label them as undergarments, claiming they are non-returnable for sanitation reasons. Their refund policy is falsely claimed. Their item shipped from China which took almost a month to get here, while on their website U.S. shipping took only 10 days.

This company is a scam; once I received the order quickly realized the socks were too small and how cheaply constructed/ made these socks were. I immediately reached out customer service via phone call (left voicemail) and sent email with photos. However, after receiving their first email response, have not received any follow up regarding refund and now the emails I sent requesting for them to follow up are bouncing to their email address. Do not purchase from this fraudulent company; they are a scam.
