Excellent service right from the beginning. The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was flawless. It took about 10-11 days to arrive but it was worth the wait. The item, a beautiful coral-color monokini fit perfectly and its made impeccably. The fabric is as it appears on the photo. I was so impressed and loved this swimsuit to much I ordered it in the dark teal color as well.

Ordering from Berlook was seamless, delivery was quick and packaging lovely. I am delighted with the two costumes I ordered, they’re exactly like the pictures and description and they fit true to size. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company.

The items I ordered were as cute as I expected and the quality seemed fine. However the sizing, to me, was completely off. I normally wear an XS or small, and the small swimsuits I ordered were all very small and I will have to return them all. I will keep the cover-up as it will fit, thankfully I had ordered a small.

Such a friendly company. They are quick to answer emails and resolve issues. I’ve ordered twice from them. And I highly recommend them. They have great quality products, fast shipping and kind customer service.

Shipping took awhile, but the swimsuit is even better than I imagined. It's the first bikini I've worn in almost 20 years and it's so cute, comfy, and flattering! Bottoms are slightly baggy, but I have small hips so that's a normal issue for me.

Impossible to return!!!! Berlook is a scam because they don’t respond.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. The reviews were good, but you never know. I ordered three bikinis and I loved every one of them. Really good quality and excited to wear them.

Berlook provided me with a code for $50 when I was not satisfied with a previous purchase, so long as I donated the previous item to clothing charity. This is environmentally friendly and I appreciate that. The process of reaching out to customer service was great. They were quick to respond and very accomodating. I just purchased a replacement item for the last one (different bikini bottom) and I am looking forward to receiving it soon! All in all, I have always been very happy with Berlook and will continue to use them for good quality, affordable, and pretty ethical swimwear. Thanks Berlook!
