I had a bad experience with them. The bedroom set I purchase all have defects and it's a very poor quality. The set is called Foundations I got 2 nightstand and 1 dresser and all 3 have scratches a paint problems and drawers that don't close or misaligned.
This set is promoted as a high end product and it's expensive so I was expecting to get a nice quality bedroom set but I didn't.
We purchased a sofa from bears furniture. In Jacksonville, Florida, 4 years ago have tried to reach out to them 3 times and left messages about ordering replacement cushions. Because these things have not held up well at all. Especially for the price that we paid for this furniture i have left my name and number with your furniture company twice also directly.And nobody will get back to us, not from the furniture company.That I bought it from not from your corporate office.Shame on you folks
I bought an office chair online made by Bernhardt via TopModern. The chair was fairly expensive, and I felt I would get a quality chair. ! eagerly waited a couple weeks for it to arrive. When I received it, I was shocked! The chair itself was not comfortable at all; it felt like I was sitting on a brick; there was no way I could make that work and ended up asking for a refund--of course I had to pay $180.00 to send it back. Based on my experience, I cannot/ will not recommend the Bernhardt Davenport adjustable office chair; not sure why this chair was made this way from such a reputable company

I would not recommend the cabinetry. Poor QC (made in Indonesia). Door hardware failed after just two years. Company not helpful. Now doors do not close properly, and some do not align--perhaps wood expansion.
Finish on Salon collection stains very easily.
For the price, or slightly more, you will easily find better made cabinetry.
