It took them over a week to figure out the fabric we ordered is no longer available. We chose another fabric and they just called and said it would be delayed by a week. Not sure if I will go back again.

We had a wonderful shopping/buying experience with Josh Chabot over the Memorial Day weekend. We were coming from out-of-town and relocating to Litchfield, NH to be closer to family. Josh was extremely helpful (and patient) in locating furniture designs and sizes that would work in our new home. And he offered excellent guidance on how and when we could special-order, store and have these items delivered to match our move-in schedule. Couldn't be happier with the service! Definitely would recommend Josh and Bernie & Phyl's wonderful furniture selection/pricing to anyone!

I couldn't be more pleased with B and Ps. We had Dan as our salesman. He made sure to schedule our deliveries for our convenience. The drivers were great and brought out stuff upstairs. Very pleased.

Great experience ordering and getting furniture delivered just they sent the queen slats for a king bed, and then delivered a couch that would only recline on one side. All was taken care of but no real apologies or discount for all the trouble of having double the deliveries.

Jeff, our salesperson, was fantastic. He is new to the company and was so helpful. It was a learning experience for him and he did well.

Bernie and phyls are good at selling you a protection plan that they do not honor. Sadly i will not be back
