Next time I will just donate the money to them so maybe they could purchase better quality materials.
This has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made, Cheap quality wash wear throw-out.
Waited forever, the sizes are off spent over $100.00 on complete garbage not even worth donating to goodwill.
save your money it's as if a child sewed the clothes together, probably was.

Berrylook is a big scam order 5 dresses to get free shipping, my order came 4 of the dresses were completely different cheap crappy fabric. Try to get return were told it will cost more and was offer $26 which I accepted rather than not getting anything

The item I received bore only a glancing resemblance to what I ordered. I was expecting a knitted dress of an attractive black and white block design. I received a predominantly grey jumper that doesn't even reach my waist in a completely different pattern.

Asprevious although acknowledged my request still hasnt happened a forwarding address or label still hasnt been advised thank you

Purchased the biker boots , tried to contact Berrylook several times as was very dissatisfied with these boots, they look nothing like the picture chesp shiny plasticy looking that certainly dont look like the advertised picture, feel seriously ripped off and won't be buying anything else or recommending them, as have not been able to get any response from them. Unless you like cheap looking dont buy them, really disgusted

Berrylook is modern day mail fraud in action.The clothes are inferior the very worst you can find they are no where near the pictures presented. The shipping takes nearly 2 months from order to delivery. Now my very worst criticism is that you can't contact them, that access is in name only it doesn't work. Some govt should shut this site down and its principals go to prison.

I ordered many items so I could get free shipping. It took months for some items to be delivered. Of all the clothes and shoes ordered, I was not satisfied with the fit and the fabric. Their measurements were not accurate at all. Fabric is so cheap , I couldn't even give it away.
I decided to return about 8 items, contacting them first.
They still owe me for those items I sent back, which cost me $18. postage.
Emailed back and forth many times . They said it's being processed and it would take a while longer for my refund. Never received it. In other words they lied multiple times and stole the merchandise I had sent back to them at their request.
Very dishonest company.

I'm 4"10 and I ordered a dress that was ankle length on the model,when it arrived it was just under my knees and didn't look nothing like the picture except for the flowers, I emailed them and they never replied back, I will never order from them again

My rating for Berry look is 1/10( not fit for purpose) they will toil you around once u shop online. I shop online, made a payment. Berry claimednot to receive the money on several occasions, i had to be sending proof, several email to different people in the company, they told me they never received it. I had to send them a prove from my bank.They later delivered very low quality clothing , feels like nylon and under size. I received first 2 clothing which was under size and poor quality, I send an email to them, asking them not to ship the rest, they acknowledge it. One week after, they sent the rest of the undersized and nylon material. when I requested for a code to return it, which they accepted, later they promised to send me a game worth, £25 . when I reported them to my bank, they asked me to post it. That will cost me £77, and they might even say they did not receive it same way they did with my payment.

I ordered a shirt & two bracelets from them at the beginning of May & have only received one bracelet so far. I should've read reviews before spending over $40.

Bought dresses from this company. They did not look like the photos online, very poor quality, cheap materials. Have now sent three emails requesting return details but have had no response!!

Scammers who take your precious money and send you some stinky pieces of cloth. Nothing resembles what shows in their website. They claim to refund if you send it back but how do you send it back to China. It cost a fortune! Purely deceiving without recourse!

The dress ordered was nothing like the one in the picture. The length was almost 12" shorter. Seems were visible and some not attached.
I have complained 6 times with no acknowledgment or reply

Berrylook is not at all professional. Do not trust Berrylook. It is based in China and it is a completely fake company, which cheats on its clients. It is very poorly run. I paid more than 50 Euros for a blouse and two skirts, Berrylook debited my card on the 4th of April 2021 - order number E2050514, but my goods have not arrived, and today is the 22nd of May! Somebody by the name of "Karen O.", "Cielo M." and "Arganda Jen" are replying "the order is on its way", but obviously it is NOT. Also, I bought a dress in a previous order which was supposed to be blue, but the one which I received in my previous order was..... black! and I was supposed to get Free shipping as I had paid them over 100 Euros as they announced on their site, but this did not happen either. And I have NOT received my order number E2050514 at all! Berrylook has cheated me grossly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY are crooks. I agree with all the bad comments that I have read. I only wish I had read them BEFORE I placed an order. My experience is one that most of the folks have written about. It took forever to get the items I ordered, then it was only a partial order. It took almost another month for the rest of my order to arrive, then it was WRONG! They sent the wrong shirt that I don't want and the dress sent is of poor quality. Remember...you get what you pay for and with Berrylook, not even that. I have been going around with customer service for 6 weeks about my original order placed in March. I would give this company negative stars if I could. Save your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. By they way, I never write a review, but they have made me so angry I decided to make a point and do one. If I can keep them from making any money, that is my plan. They need to go out of business.

How do i find a return address from them as i need to return the clothes i received

HOORRIBLE EXPERIENCE please DO NOT BUY anything from them, very bad quality, very bad customer service, no returns, no refunds, no answers, everything is bad with them, worst experience ever
