I'm trying to contact customer service…

I'm trying to contact customer service unfortunately the only option they have via email, i sent two emails till now i didn't get any respond. I don’t know anything about my order i didn't get any update about my order status what i only got a confirmation email when i placedtheorder, that increase my doubts that i have been scumed.

Thank you for your review. I see that you wrote us twice, our appoligies that we did not respond sooner. After ordering at beslist.nl you receive a convermation from beslist.nl. After this the webshop is responsible for giving updates on your order.

I see that you ordered oktober 12th with a delivery time of 5-9 working days, the delivery date will be oktober 25th. Usually the webshop sents an update at the moment the package is sent.

I bought a stair gate from this…

I bought a stair gate from this website. When I tried to login to check my order, there is no way to login.it shows you the login button and then an error page opens. They promise that the delivery will be next day which is not true. Once you order the stuff, you are stuck with them and there is no way to return it. Very bad experience.

The worst online shop ever

This is one of the worst website that I ever ordered from , I ordered 1 shoes on 27th of June ,and they wrote it will deliver 3-6 working days, today is 17th August and I still didn't get my order , I tried to contact them but they don't know what happened to my order after 2 month ,I definitely not buying from them again ,and I suggest to everyone to not do it as well

Rude customer service and lying about shipping times

Their website and confirmation email claimed that if you order before 16h you will have it the next working day. After 3 days and an non answered email to customer service we called them. They claimed to have shipped the item and send us a tracking number via email (I checked my spam folder They didn't) and then just hand up on me...
Will definitely not order from them again

NEVER AGAIN FROM BESLIST BE!!!

I ordered a product from Beslist.be site and paid purchase price to Beslist. Only then did they reveal they are not seller, but a certain Grotekadoshop.nl which I never heard of and which does not answer any mails regarding three week delay. Beslist be refuses any responsability or help. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM BESLIST!!!

Pathetic!

Pathetic!
I ordered a product on buurs.nl via beslist.nl. Within a couple of days I returned the product. I have called buurs thrice and they keep saying they will refund the money. But they don't. Its been almost a month!

If you select a product on beslit.nl, sometimes you pay via beslist.nl (which is what happened in this case). But they take no responsibility in returns or refunds or to check if the sellers on their website are legitimate or not.

I'd caution other buyers to be aware that beslist will just put their hands up once you make a purchase through them.

Never order from buurs.nl or beslist.nl.
