WARNING..........I hope people read this before loosing your hard earner money. Do Not, I REPEAT DO NOT entertain giving these people 1 penny as you will be promised the earth and never receive your goods.
Dennis Amos runs this company and him and Donna are very good at fleecing people. Want to know more, please check out their other company Bespoke Designs NE ltd which SUPRISE SUPRISE has now been dissolved.

Ordered a stall sheet, was not delivered and when I sent an email inquiring where my order was it took ages for a reply which was an excuse as to why no delivery. Said it would be delivered by the next week and still no delivery. Two months on and have got a refund from Barclays.

Ordered and paid for a tarp in November and still not had it. Told there was an accident in the factory and it would be delayed. Sporadic communication but silence since Xmas. Still no tarp. Asked for a refund but nothing. I am a small forest school business working with children and we have no cover for our site and no budget to get anything else. So upsetting.

Well... I ordered a tarp on November 18th which he said would be completed by 2nd week in December...
Not much response only a couple of emails with excuses
(injured himself in the unit tripping over a pallet truck...)
I paid £180 with a debit card which I know I can get back from my bank.Never checked anything wish I had, hes local to me so I thought nothing of placing the order.
His company info is bad with overdue accts to companies house.I got a VAT receipt from him which may be the way to go.If he hasnt declared the VAT or paid it the VAT people are not very forgiving.I have given him a deadline of this Thursday to contact me
I only live about 30 minutes away so I know where his unit is and I have his home address.If he doesnt contact me then initially its a call to the bank then I contact the VAT people.

Tarps ordered 5 months ago and never turned up. Was given various excuses and promises then radio silence again. asked for a refund but no contact. Avoid like the plague as they will take your money and not deliver.

Paid around £500 for a tarp for our small business and still waiting for it months later, replied to our first email saying it would be sent out the following week - it wasn't - and since then they've not responded to any attempts at contact. Diabolical.

An order placed in October 2024 has still not been fulfilled nor the money returned as requested. Occasional e mails from the MD suggest he would like to remedy the situation but no action results. I strongly suggest no-one risks sending money for goods in advance. Companies House records dormant accounts were filed last year. Their web site claims about customer service do not match the reality. They became unreachable by their previous telephone number. The antithesis of customer service.

Poor customer service - tarp over a month delayed even after prompting.
