He is a scam artist! And a liar who runs with your money. This man does not deserve to have anything let alone run a business. I hope Karma gets him.

If I could give this company zero I would owner Carl Dentith is a scam artist. The items they supply are of poor quality and it has cost me thousands to buy items he failed to deliver. They have now gone into liquidation probably to open up under another name. I would avoid this man at all costs he needs to be working in Mc Donalds not running a business, although if you ordered a big mac you'd prob get nuggets. This guy is a waste of time takes your money and doesn't deliver.

Very unreliable business! The Owner Carl does not know how to communicate or run a business instead he lies and gives fake promises. Save your money and find a reputable business unlike this one.

Poor quality waste of time and money and excuses a 2 year old could make more plausible than this outfit.

Lucky I can't give no stars. This company shouldn't even be in the kitchen industry as they have no clue what they are doing. They don't deserve anyone's business.

I ordered and paid for my kitchen in July and only got it delivered in November as they told me I couldn't come and measure up till I got the place plastered. Even though I had paid 80% up front.

When I finally got my kitchen delivered, I just couldn't believe my eyes. There was no protective packaging so was quite a lot of damage to the units and the doors, the tall units came flat packed (even though they told me all the units would be built up) and most importantly half the kitchen was missing. This was shocking because if it was just a couple things then I could accept it but literally
Half the kitchen was missing. Additionally the delivery came past 9pm and it was just a driver so we had to move all the units in ourselves.

On further assessment, the quality of the kitchen itself was poor.
I contacted the owner Carl about all the issues and listed everything I thought was missing. They sent out another delivery but there were still quite a few things missing including appliances. The owner started lying about how he had sent out the appliances but till now I haven't received it. All the extra bits that make a kitchen like the profiles, drawers, plinths, cornices and still some doors were missing.
The owner then turned around and said that he wouldn't send anything else till he had received the rest of the payment when he said at the beginning that final payment would be due after full delivery had been made.

Trust me guys all the good reviews are all fake. This company has actually been a nightmare to work with and I have spoken to other guys who have genuinely bought a kitchen from this scam company and they have all had a similar experience to me. Carl has the gift of the gab and says all the right things but never fulfils any promises. The customer service is zero and you constantly have to chase him. They have a business landline, but no one ever picks up. Carl who is the only other contact I have, doesn't pick up his calls or answer messages and he doesn't keep to his word.

I am now out of pocket and have had to look to different means to finish my kitchen as I have had no luck getting the things I need from Carl.

Please if you want peace of mind, avoid this company. I am in the process of reporting them to trading standards cos I can't believe they have been allowed to get away with treating customers like this.

Avoid this company at all costs! They delivered two faulty, chipped, scratched low quality kitchens and when I requested my money back they refused my refund. They then lied to the bank saying they have supplied and fitted a kitchen, utility room, bedroom and media wall!!! The company has no integrity, treats customers with total disregard. AVOID.

Bad bad bad utterly useless!! Ongoing issues as of December 24 from kitchen being badly fitted in February. As others have said countless missed deliveries, owner doesn't pick up the phone. This company has genuinely made me poorly with stress. I have constantly had to chase them rather than them contacting me to resolve the countless issues that are still ongoing. DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETANT COMPANY. There are no other review sites for this company as they have had them all removed.

I ordered a bedroom from BH (Bespoke Homespaces) in Cheadle, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. They failed to deliver eight times despite multiple promises of “tomorrow.” This caused a lot of stress for me and my partner, especially with a baby to care for.

Even worse, despite delivering only about 10% of the bedroom, they’ve told my credit card company that the bedroom was delivered and installed. This is simply not true. They’ve lied to both me and the credit card company in an attempt to avoid responsibility.

I worked next door to these people for 12 months, and I thought being familiar with them would result in better service. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise avoiding this company. They’ve wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress, and I can’t see how they’ll remain in business much longer with this kind of treatment.

Love our new kitchen-the custom cabinets really elevate the space. Delivery was smooth, and the team was responsive to questions. A small delay on one part, but nothing major, Would definitely recommend Bespoke Homespaces for anyone wanting something custom.

Very pleased with the outcome. The custom cabinets look great and fit our space perfectly. We had a minor hiccup with delivery timing, but they kept us updated and made sure it all came together well. Kitchen looks fantastic.

My experience with Bespoke Homespaces in Cheadle was nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a kitchen from them, expecting professionalism and quality, but instead, I received the worst service I have ever experienced. Communication was abysmal, deadlines were completely ignored, and their customer service was utterly unhelpful.

In the end, I had to resort to reclaiming my money through my credit card company because they failed to deliver on their promises. This company caused me an immense amount of stress, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Great quality and service from Bespoke Homespaces. The custom cabinets fit perfectly. and the layout is just right for our space. Small delay with one staff , but it was handled professionally. Kitchen looks amazing-highly recommend,

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars I would. Disgusting company.
The majority of good reviews are fake put on by family and friends of the owner, his girlfriend, best mate.
I thought I paid for my dream kitchen not a barely functioning one. Bespoke Homespaces will take your money and run. I still do not have a functioning hot tap and the kitchen doors and panels all need to be fitted. I did finally get the replacement from suppliers.
The doors and panels from this company are of extremely poor quality manufactured on machinery that you keep telling customers is fixed. They are then delivered with zero quality checking and arrive damaged. It has been this way since February and there are many customers that can attest to that.
My kitchen has been ongoing since June 2024 and the company has failed numerous times to actually fulfil the agreement he agreed to through his ex Sales Manager. This is testament to the service you will receive.
5 months and 3 sets of fitters, 2 sets that were incompetent for a job that should have been completed in 2 weeks.
We did come to an agreement but the owner has again reneged on that agreement, therefore I still have an incomplete kitchen and will be seeking alternative action against this company. Everything he says is lip service in these reviews and some of them are fake.
If you want all of this stress then go ahead, however I would strongly advise against it.
We have actively been trying to resolve the issues for the last 5 months and have not had a satisfactory response. In fact, the owner will fails to communicate with customers and plain refuses to pick up the phone or answer emails.
Treats customers with utter disrespect and supplies extremely poor quality kitchens. Send cowboys in that leave live wires in the kitchen and refuse to rectify issues and supply the superior kitchen they claim they can. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to take on a lot of stress.

Happy with my kitchen from Bespoke Homespaces! Custom cabinets look fantastic and fit our space so well. Linc was great on delivery and even helped with a couple of small adjustments on-site. One handle was delayed, but they resolved it quickly. Overall, it's been a good experience.
