I have recently started my smile journey with bespoke and have been blown away at every stage.

From the initial consultation to the first stages of bringing my teeth back to health.

The team at bespoke couldn’t be more welcoming and understanding of my needs.

After 10 years of avoiding the hygienist at my previous dentist yesterday I seen Sophie who was incredibly gentle with me but thorough and extensive attention to detail.

I then seen Dr Lydia for biodentine treatment, this was a whole new experience for me having a dentist that talks you through every step of the way ensuring you’re comfortable from the minute you sit in the chair to the moment you leave the door. In all my life seeing dentists I have never had such pain free injections, Lydia’s technique in delivering this is exceptional.

Alongside this the team who’re assisting are an absolute treasure, incredibly warm ensuring you’re able to relax during your treatments.

I cannot stress enough about how truly amazing this practice is, there is a reason they’re award winning.

I’m extremely excited to continue the next stage of my smile journey with bespoke and would highly recommend them to anybody.

As someone who was Absolutely terrified of going to the dentist after 15 years I decided to try bespoke smile it was honestly the best decision I have made. Sam and his team made me feel so calm and So relaxed. All the staff that work at bespoke smile are so lovely and friendly and are so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I had lost so much confidence with my old smile you could hardly see my teeth as they were hidden away and discoloured but sam completely transformed my smile! I am absolutely over the moon and can honestly say it has really changed my face when I smile and I feel so confident. I cannot fault this practice what so ever !! I was made to feel so welcome from my first initial consultation. Everyone is so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My teeth have always been something that I’ve been self conscious about but the lovely Karina transformed my smile naturally, safely and professionally. I went to see Lydia for laser treatment to reduce my gum line and I could not be happier with the result! Lydia was so patient when I was explaining what I wanted and really took on board everything I said. Lydia and Joanna were so calming to be around during the whole treatment and Lydia really took all of the time to talk me through every little thing. I am absolutely blown away by the results and I now have a smile that I don’t have to hide! I almost cried when I was handed the mirror because Lydia done such a wonderful job! I have recently had 2 procedures with Dr Pano and couldn’t recommend him enough. As a child I had braces and was told that I would also need some corrective gum surgery when I was older. After 15 years I finally plucked up the courage to do it and don’t regret it at all. I still have some appointments remaining with Bespoke Smile but I’m really happy with my results so far! As a child I had a fear of the dentist which led to me being an adult that neglected my dental care and my teeth suffered for it. However, the minute I had my first consultation and was greeted by the incredible Dr Lydia, everything changed. I truly believe Dr Lydia is a dentist angel sent from tooth heaven. She is impeccable at her job and has the most caring and considerate manner with her patients and goes above and beyond to reassure you.
Everyone working at the practice are some of the most lovely human beings I’ve met and Anna’s follow up and reminder calls were a joy to receive. They really are a friendly bunch.
As for the treatment itself, I had a few hygienist appointments to get the health of my teeth up to scratch and with their treatment and advice I’m pleased to say my teeth and gums have never been healthier.
I then went on to have several months of adult braces, which is quite a daunting prospect in your 30’s but again the team at Bespoke Smile were there for me every step of the way making sure I understood everything as well as giving me top class care. Any issues or concerns I had were answered thoroughly and promptly. I had clear braces and most people didn’t even notice them!
After this I had two months of aligner treatment which flew by and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Finally, I received a course of whitening which was really simple for me to do at home followed by composite bonding to fill in a few chips that I had and to give my teeth a more even appearance. I also loved that this is done with minimal impact or invasion to your natural teeth.
From where I live, I travel two hours for my appointments in the picturesque Marlow and it’s worth every single mile. Not only for the excellent team and great dental treatment, but walking around the beautiful town is something that always lifts my spirits.
In just 12 months Dr Lydia and the team at Bespoke Smile have not only changed my smile, but they’ve changed my life. Thank you all so much. I can’t stop smiling!!

Where to start. The experience with Sam and the wider team has been next level.

I originally booked in for a consultation with Sam. The level of detail, he goes into before the smile programme begins is second to none. You are not dealing with just a dentist but an artist.

My expectations were not only met but completely exceeded. I now smile with confidence, something I lacked for years.

Everyone one of the staff at Bespoke are friendly and consultative.

I have been so impressed, that my father is not undergoing cosmetic dentistry with the team.

Excellent experience beginning to end. Delighted with my veneers. It’s been a seemless process as Sam and his team have worked alongside my dentist who is also doing a lot of dental work for me. As someone who is terrified of dentists I can now say that fear has gone.

I’ll start at the end and say I am extremely happy with the fitting of my veneers. Dr Sam was very quickly in tune with my needs and his tweaks and recommendations were all spot on. The whole team at Bespoke Smile, Marlow were professional, caring and always looking after my best interests.

The practice is conveniently located close to the riverside and this allowed me to get my “dose of nature” around my consultations. I believe this is unique to Bespoke Smile.

I was under the care of Sam and Karina and they both ensured I was fully involved throughout my consultations and care. I had full trust in their clinical care and the results were beyond exceptional. The dental experience can cause anxiety for many but the personal care provided at Bespoke Smile helped alleviate this for which I am ever so grateful.

I’d also like to commend their Covid-19 safety measures which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the practice.

I cannot say what led me to Gurs and the Bespoke team in Marlow. However, from walking through the door for my initial consultation, I knew I had chosen wisely and was in very good hands.

After Gurs and Jess explained how they could help, I received a written guide to the treatment, prices and timescales.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed each of my visits, which always included a little cycle talk and agreement on the soundtrack for the session.
Now, just a few weeks after my last appointment, I can honestly say the results are way beyond what I thought was possible.

While it's all about the dentistry, Anna also deserves mention. She was always a delight to speak with, ensuring I knew when my appointments were and following up as necessary.

The Bespoke team seem to have thought about every aspect of the patient experience. In consequence, they offer an excellent service to those who have perhaps not taken the best care of their teeth/smile.
Personally, I will be forever grateful I found my way to Marlow, Gurs and the Bespoke team.

It was with some trepidation that I approached Bespoke Smile, having not attended a dentist for 20 years, but needn’t have worried, I was in the safe hands of ubermeister Sam Jethwa and the super switched on, friendly team, Jess, Pano, Anna and Carly. Together their combined skillsets made me feel at ease while they calmly effected nothing less than an architectural miracle. I went in to have 6 very old crowns replaced but through a combination of technical skill and design artistry, I came away a completely new and smiling person. On every level, a truly transformational experience and highly recommended! My only regret is that I didn’t meet up with the Bespoke team years ago.
