Shipping was very fast. High quality H0 modeltrain gear. Reasonable prices.

I often buy from them for quite large amounts. They have almost everything, and they even manage to get goods from Russia, such as models from Zvezda. They have a lot of everything, an incredible amount, but because of this, you sometimes have to wait a long time. Some goods are cheaper than in other stores, while others are more expensive. It's a shame they don't give discounts to regular customers.

This webshop is the cheapest I could find. The are 40% under official marklin prices. Delivery is fast, also if you dont live in Germany, like me. and they have nearly everything.

I ordered few LEGO sets, later I received an email saying that some of them are not available. I already paid for all the items. I said that I want a refund for the items that are not available. They charged me 5 EUR for refund of those items, even though on their site is stated that there will be no additional charges for refunds. Upon making of the purchase, all items on their website were shown as available and in stock.

I ordered already a couple of times at Besserepreise.com, and no problems encountered. I once hadn't remarked that 1 article wasn't 'available at this moment', and I got a letter to ask me if I wanted to wait until it became available, or wanted a refund. The refund was made in time....good prices, correct service, that's my experience.

A bad experience...

I ordered a bunch of Playmobil late tuesday night, recieved confirmation the next morning at 9 am that they had processed the order and it was being packed. Today friday the package was delivered at noon on my doorstep in Denmark. Perfect!
