Avoid this company at all costs.
I ended my tenancy in one of their flats exactly one year ago, and to this day, they have neither returned my deposit nor responded to my emails or phone calls. They simply took my deposit—no explanation, no communication. It’s theft, plain and simple.

I strongly advise against signing any contract with them.
Particularly Ms. Beirege – she is, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional and dishonest people I’ve ever dealt with. Rude, evasive, and completely shameless about keeping other people’s money.

Stay away.

I'll chime in in English, as I have the misfortune of renting a flat from this 'business'. Unfortunately down to the housing situation in Berlin they still manage to let their places, but if you have any chance of going elsewhere - do so and save yourself trouble.

They reply to nothing but borderline legal threats. Arranging anything is a major uphil battle and you'll be lucky to get a reply and only that after multiple chases.

To make matters worse, this is a uniform experience, and while a part of an active community of renters, I'm yet to hear of a person who got a deposit back from those people. And plenty of stories of fictitious bills are coming out of nowhere - of course, if you challenge them or demand clarification, you'll get no reply.
