Disappointing

Attended a workshop with this company which in my opinion was a total waste of money. I had left a previous review that was reported by B.B. I believe companies using Trustpilot should be aware that Trustpilot aims to deliver real reviews from real customers and if our opinions are not wanted then I have to question why a company is using a platform like Trustpilot. I can see there are lots of happy customers here but I was not one of them and my opinion should be of equal value!

Thankyou for your feedback, we appreciate you taking the time to contact us. Sorry we couldn’t help you with your dogs aggression in a group workshop environment. As you know we take dog safety very seriously which is why Gemma Hodson of All about the dog therapy offered you 121 time instead, I can only apologise that the solutions offered to do 121 work or work with another dog were not acceptable to you. Our priority is always the dogs welfare. Please do contact me and I can put you in touch with Gemma who is happy to offer you 121 help with your dogs aggression.
I would be happy to speak with you over the phone as well, if you would take my calls.
We also appreciate the need for honest reviews which is why we use Facebook, trust pilot and google as all of these are checked and verified. Most of the customers that leave reviews would be happy to be contacted again, and I’m sure they would be very happy to chat with you about their experiences. Thanks again.
