They were the cheapest I could find the item I was after (Fuji HS10) and after having read several bad reviews of other online retailers, I was glad to see so many positive ones for BestCameras. The only negative ones I'd seen were related to out of stocks, so I emailed them and they emailed straight back with confirmation the camera was in stock. I placed my order and got the confirmation immediately. Less than 1 hour later I had an email stating it had been despatched (NB I was using their free delivery service, not 'next day'). Only half an hour later I had confirmation of a delivery date from the couriers DPD. At this point, I must give special mention to DPD. On the day, I received an email stating the hour slot it would be delivered in and true to their word, they were there 20 minutes into that hour. Alas, I was unavailable at the time, but I then received a second email saying they'd attempted delivery with a link to their site where I could organise the redelivery all online. This done, it was delivered the next day and I couldn't be happier with the product and service I recieved!

Easy to use website, person at the end of the phone for information, very conpetative price, package arrived on time. All in all top marks to bestcameras, i will be using them again.

Having read a few negative reviews about this company on reviewcentre.com I was a little concerned about purchasing from them. The reviews tended to focus on products not being in stock. When I ordered my Sony NEX-5 I received a prompt email telling me that the colour I had ordered was out of stock and would not be in for a couple of months, but that if I went for the black instead of silver it would be in within the next couple of days. I opted for the different colour choice and the camera was sent out the very day it arrived in their depot.

First class service, very quick delivery and best of all, cheap prices

Easy ordering via the Bestcamera website, product in stock, next day delivery with a '1 hour' delivery window via text message, cheaper than anywhere else, good communication and finally an excellent product. Top high street stores should take a leaf out of bestcameras book! My faith in internet shopping is restored, thankyou.

An excellent company. Really fast delivery and very well packaged. Text messages advised of delivery date and time with an option to change the date if required.The prices are very competitive, some companies are charging double the price I paid! Ordered on Monday but informed by both email and phone that the item was out of stock but due in Wednesday. I was offered an alternative but elected to wait for delivery. The item arrived in stock and was despatched on Wednesday. It arrived, within the stated 1 hour time slot, the next day.
This is faultless service. I haven't used this company before, but with standards like these, I will certainly buy from them again.

I ordered a camera on a Tuesday night and I had received it Thursday at 2.17pm. The email stated the parcel would be with me between 14.21 and 15.21 so I can't complain it was a few minutes early!! This was despite the fact that I live in a very rural area and carriers generally have trouble finding me. I received emails all through the transaction so it was comforting to know how the transaction was progressing. I will definitely deal with Best Cameras again and have no hesitation in recommending their excellent service.

After placing my order which included free delivery i received an e-mail to say my order would be delivered next day, then i recieved an sms with number to track my order which was a great help so i knew what time i was getting delivery.

Although out of stock at first my purchase arrived within 5 days of ordering and within the one hour delivery slot previously notified. Their price was lower than competitors and there was the added bonus of a free extended guarantee and case. Overall a very good buying experience and I would therefore have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending to friends.

Their price for this camera could not be beaten and the on-line ordering system was easy and well constructed. From initial order to home delivery was 22 hours and I was informed as to a date and time of delivery by the courier! Fantastic service and I would recommend this company to anybody!!

Ordered a Nikon D7000 on 24th Nov, email recieved to say awaiting stock from Nikon but that no payment would be taken until stock arrived. Emailed 3 times to check on progress and got a same day reply with an update. Finally got email on 29th Dec to say stock expected and then email to say payment taken on the 31st Dec. Email to say delivery would be on the 4th Jan, it duly arrived as promised. My only slight gripe is that I had to chase them for updates otherwise excellent price and delivery. Will use again

I am very happy with this company and this product - I ordered it on the tuesday and recieved by the friday, even living in north east scotland! The camera is better than expected and I willl be buying from this website again!
