Avoid relying on this company for comparisons! Using Google to find local pharmacies and services is a better option! BestCareCompare.com claims to assist users in comparing healthcare services, but the review links shared on their site about Lordswood Pharmacy were misrepresented. The pharmacy was listed without the owner's consent, citing that the information were in the public domain. They have failed to perform proper due diligence, listing the pharmacy under its new name yet using outdated reviews from previous owners. They had the option to use reviews relevant and within the period of the change. Instead, they featured three reviews: one they mentioned was meant for another pharmacy and two that were over five years old when this business is less than a year old.
They were contacted about this, but they refused to acknowledge their wrongdoing and only offered to remove the entire listing.
This company is not only failing the people they claim to be helping but is also misrepresenting and damaging Lordswood Pharmacy businesses'
reputations.
UPDATE: I’ve read the reply from Bestcarecompare.com, and it’s quite interesting. You didn't share a single review relating to the Lordswood Pharmacy. The review you shared on your page was dated September 7th, not in December and has nothing to do with the business.
Lordswood Pharmacy will never shy away from negative reviews, as they help us adapt and grow. We wouldn't be concerned if you had posted a legitimate negative review related to the pharmacy or share all the reviews on the page. That would have allowed the public to make an informed decision.
You can check our performance since taking over and see the progress made. Please don't undermine the positive strides of a business just because they haven't registered with your business.
The readers will judge for themselves. They can tell the difference between a business that is always defensive when they get things wrong!

We listed 3 reviews for your site, 2 of which were for the previous owners when the site was a Lloyds Pharmacy, one was a 2 star review and the other a 4 star review. The third review was a 1 star review that was added in December 2023 which is probably the one you didn't like but was a review of the current owners service.
You contacted us and asked us to remove the reviews which is something we will consider if the healthcare provider changes owners and in this case we offered to do that. You then requested that we remove you from our site completely which we did on the same day.
We can see you have a similar issue with reviews on Google going back 6 years, both positive and negative right up to the current month.
We tried to be as helpful as we could be and are always happy to try to solve any issues that change of ownership can cause.
We removed your profile on the same day as your request and we must also note that we had placed over 100 calls this year to your pharmacy via BestCareCompare and you are welcome to sign up for the pharmacy portal service which gives you access to reply to reviews and change all relevant information to your profile whenever you like.
