BestDrive France responded on behalf of their operation, which is utterly incompetent, located in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, Ireland.
They requested I contact them but left no contact details. You couldnt make this up.

Best Drive Naas were super efficient even though my issue was a minor one, they had me sorted in a few minutes. Manager and staff all very pleasant. Well done & thanks.

Put my car in for a pre NCT check, I was told what needed to be done to the car would cost me 750€. I went to my local garage and all he replaced was a window wiper and my car just passed the NCT. Felt I was being bribed.

The receptionist is in the wrong job and will put me off ever returning here. He is definitely not a people person. His attitude stinks, both on the phone and in the garage - huffing and puffing while I was filling in forms. Didn't feel very welcome and felt like I was causing him an inconvenience.
Good price and service time.

Very bad experience. Charging too much for changing brake pads and alignment cost me €300 for just 2 tyres for an old model car. When asked why is it too expensive, became very defensive and rude. NOT RECOMMENDED . Go somewhere else or fix your car yourself if you can.

Tried to charge me 1100 for battery and alternator turned out it was fan belt, 20 euro fix

Got my car full service last week cost was €239 which was reasonable but much to my disappointment there was no schedule sheet to show that all items were checked. When I went back and asked for it I was told new system in place hence no detailed sheet. It was the customers only way of knowing that everything was checked. Bring back Advance

I put my Honda civic in for a full service and a pre nct check in march 2024.i returned for collection to be told the "brake discs were worn , and that the tracking needed attention " I was surprised and asked if these would be failures on the nct test ? I was told that they didn't know ? I decided to have the tracking done at an extra cost of 35.00 euros. The next day I put my car in for it's n.c.t.it failed due to a damaged cover at the steerage linkage arm.when I told the examiner it had been serviced the day before he was amazed ! And said " it was such a bad tear you can see the grease behind it " so why was this not picked up by the garage? Why did the technician working on that very same piece of equipment ie adjusting the tracking, not draw it to his supervisors attention ? And of course the brake discs were not a problem during the n.c.t.test ! I am afraid my experience with Bestdrive leaves a bad taste in the mouth, and too many unanswered questions ! I would certainly not recommend them to any of my friends and will certainly not be returning for any further works.

I tried to use a Three+ voucher so I can save money from the service but before committing to them I confirmed 1st if they accept the voucher. They said yes and to get it printed. On the time that I pay, they said they don't accept the voucher and I have to pay the full price. I felt scammed as I could have gone to a better garage with a better price. They scammed me that they will accept the voucher and once all service is done and I have to pay they did not accept it.
