I bought a Bestek 150 watt Power Inverter thankfully through Amazon. I plugged it in a couple of times into my car and it worked as a test but the first time I actually used it charging a laptop through a 45 watt charger it failed. I tried to contact Bestek but no one answers the telephone number in the instruction leaflet. In fact there is no service. Had refund via Amazon. DO NOT BUY A BESTEK. S.Hammond

Had a problem with the power strip and contacted Bestek who requested photos and proof of purchase which was supplied as requested and have since been ignoring all emails.

Terrible customer service.

bad customer service, sent many e-mails before one reply, returned e-mail with what the requested from them and many e-mails to follow to them without a reply, kept asking why. item never worked correctly from start, still in warranty, appears they dont care?

Terrible experience.

Bought an inverter which stopped working after a year, still under warranty. I tried filing a warranty claim and getting in touch with the customer service in the UK for over a month, but I have never received a reply. Only a surreal automatic message saying (received again today 22 Oct):
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We are out of office for National Day(1st Oct-11th Oct) and We will deal with your issues once we come back then.
Please don't be worried about the shipment which is sent out on time by Amazon. If you have any parcel problem, please contact Amazon buyer help for exchanging or refund.
Thank you for your patience in advance. We will be back soon to offer a better service for you!

Bestek Customer Service Team"

Absolute nonsense. I have to agree with the previous reviews. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely dreadful customer service! Bought a small appliance (a window vac), via Amazon, that came with a 2 year guarantee. It developed a fault after 7 months. I was advised by Amazon to contact Bestek customer service who asked me to provide an order number, which I gave to them. I've heard absolutely nothing since and a further e mail from me has gone unanswered. I eventually took up my case with Amazon who gave me a full refund. Sorry Bestek, your guarantees are worthless and your customer service is beyond shocking!

Terrible company. Faulty product.message them within the first hour of receiving. Took weeks of countless emails before I got a reply. Offered a refund and haven't heard anything since. Stay away.

Thought I was buying a good make? Unit faulty out of the box! Surge indicator light not working, reset button not functioning. Phoned Bestek uk customer service many times no answer at all. Emailed and explained the issue with the unit —- no reply.

I have to admit I was skeptical about this site. I saw a little handvac with attachments and pole for 14.50 shipped. So in one of my middle of the night shopping sprees. I order one, I mistakenly ordered two. My bad all the way. I contacted them immediately and asked them to just cancel one. The customer service was amazing! I got a response the next day that they cancelled the double order and were sending the one vacuum to me. I contacted PayPal to let them know of the error as well. I received my vacuum 3 days later. This was a purchase for my three-year-old granddaughter who loves to clean and I thought she would have fun with it. Boy was I ever right! Bestek communicated with me all the way, I received an email immediately after my package was delivered that I had a refund in PayPal which was put in my account the next morning. My granddaughter absolutely loves this vacuum. And so do I. She vacuums almost on a daily basis sometimes three or four times. My daughter came over and saw it and I ordered her one for her three girls. The delivery was just as quick and the product was just as good. They absolutely love it too! I will definitely use this site again and I have to say their customer service was above and beyond. The product was better than I expected for the price. I hope it lasts a bit because my granddaughters are loving it!!

Got an email saying that my order was shipped 5 days ago. They gave me a tracking number. Every single day I've checked it and it says "UPS could not locate the shipping details for this tracking number" I've tried to call customer service in California, and it always goes to voicemail. I cant get ahold of anyone. They sure do have my money though.

Update: finally received product. Still no contact from customer service. Product has very little suction. Horrible for carpets, but will keep it because it's actually good on tile.

Brillant. great quality, a bit pricey but works great, I love that there is a button to turn on both the top and bottom sockets.

I brought Bestek travel power converter for my trip

It came with a travel bag which made it very easy to pack.

Unit is very convenient and allowed me to plug my computer and 2 phones.

I even plugged my hair straightener without any issues! There is a slight humming noise as others have indicated; however, it didn't bother me enough to prevent sleep.
