Claire helped me. The team was very responsive.. These were the comments they would like you to give to process the refund. But in reality, they are scammers. They need to be stopped. They should process my refund and stop this scam

Don't risk your money purchasing anything here...they are scammers, I asked for a refund because I didn't receive the product but they refused to refund my money,they telling me to give them a five star to do a refund😳...

Good support from the Escalation Team. But please it is very unusual to ask for a feedback about the service before the raised issue has been solved.

At first, Imani promissed she will help me with my problem, and she asked from me to write positive rewiev on Trustpilot. I wrote positive coment, but she did nothing, she lied. Then I deleted my positive comment and wrote I'm unsatisfied and then-Angel texted me with new prommise that he will solve my problem in 5-7 working days. It was on 7.Februaru and syill nothing, My money is taken from my bank account and I am still waiting for them to return it back. They are tiefs, they dont even respond on my email
Be careful, dont let them steal from your bank account

Also, we received immediate replies to all our emails which was very reassuring.

We would recommend Minimoda as a company that provides good customer satisfaction

Received an email pretending to be from COSTA offering a free travel mug, just pay postage. A few days later this site have taken £59.63 without a reason. BEWARE…..

Edit: Have now received a refund of the £59.63 (never received Costa travel mug).
