Best Name Badges Reviews 

I recently ordered a number of products from Best Name Badges after starting my small business and getting a place to sell out of. I got mostly standard signs you need in a place that has been stripped (like no smoking signs, etc), and also got some really neat badges with my companies logo and my employees' names so that customers can connect with them better.

Ordering was fast, they work around the clock and get your custom product to you quicker than you might expect. Prices were fair, delivery was fine, all in all, no complaints. I would recommend them.

Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and recommended items based on my needs. I was able to place my order quickly, with no problems. Shipping was fast and the badges look awesome! I will order from this place again.

I have honestly had the worst experience ordering name badges from this company - if it hadn't taken a week for them to finally get it right, I would have canceled - but felt I was too far into it and was just tired and didn't want to start over. I was quoted 3 different prices by 2 different "customer service" representatives, one even asked if I would like them to print the names on the sheet. I said yes, placed my order, then they came back and said it would be an additional $10 - after I paid my invoice that stated they would do so.

I was very pleased with the set-up process for getting the name tags just right. I was helped through all the steps and customer service was very accommodating with all of the requirements I had. I was also very pleased when we received the name tags, they are great quality and look perfect. Our logo was was rendered very well and the magnet is very strong.

We have used Best Name for years - they are responsive, reasonably priced and their products are classy and dependable. Can't recommend enough! Theatre Aspen is a big fan!

This company seems to be very diligent in their response, service and product. The per badge price seemed a little expensive for a per unit cost however upon receiving the product it was very clear that it was worth it. Very professional finish and great customer service. Very recommendable!
