Don't buy from this company! They falsely advertise fresh bagels which aren't fresh regardless of what they say. There customer service is terrible, I received my order and immediately emailed them to let them know about the quality of the bagels and to see what they can do. Just to be ignored for a week until I got fed up of waiting and went through there website chat service to get the owner on the chat. The owner proceeded to argue with me that the bagels were fresh and that they can't refund me anything. He Also added that he would love to get his employees salary and shipping cost refunds as well, turning my whole situation into a Joke. Save yourself from dealing with this owner and his so called company.

The order never arrived. In trying to reach out to the store for a week, there was no response. There were no tracking updates provided.

Update December 16, 2025: I contacted A&S Bagels (A&S Bagels supplies BestNYBagel), who promptly contacted BESTNYBagel. Within a couple of hours of A&S Bagels stepping in and helping me, my bagels are on their way. Considering BESTNYBagel's lack of communication/Customer Service, I will never order from them again. I shouldn't have to go to their supplier to get the job done.

December 15, 2025: I'm having the same experience as TBear. I ordered bagels to be delivered, received a confirmation email, received USPS tracking, USPS never received the package, sent BestNYBagel emails, chats and phone calls. All ignored. Do Not Order From This Place.

I placed an order for 2 dozen bagels to be delivered to VA. The day after I placed the order, they gave me a tracking number which, after several weeks of waiting, turned out to be incorrect. Customer service was zero help. No offer to get to the bottom of it etc or make the situation better for me as their customer. My local USPS finally photo verified that the package didn't even have my name or address on it. Instead of sending out a new order or refunding my money, they refuse to even respond to my emails. ZERO customer service. There are so many good bagel places in NY that deliver outside the state, for your sanity, don't pick this one.
