We live 3000 miles away. Got up to catch plane, but were way too sick to go. Cancelled plane, hotel, car... tried to cancel NASA tickets. They said "Too bad, can't do refund, you are screwed" (not actual quote, but felt like this is what they said) We live soooo far away, may not go to Florida for a long time. We are out nearly $200. Not very good service for something that was out of our hands.

Bought and paid for tickets to "The Outta Control Magic Dinner Show" in February 2026. I was given a confirmation number and directions to the venue. When we showed up, they had no record of our purchase and the show was sold out.

They did refund the tickets after I called but we were too late to plan any other event on the only night we were in town.

Nothing works on thier site and it got flagged from my Chase Visa as fraudulent.

They advertise with a Best Price Guarantee. I found a better price on another website but bestoforlando.com refers to unknown terms & conditions of a third party provider and refuses a refund. Customer support does not deserve the name as they only use the same templates and do not respond to the enquiry.

The worst customer service. You get transfered from.person to person and no one solves any problems. I have a credit voucher that could not be processed so they told me to use a credit card to buy the tickets and then they would somehow use my credit voucher to refund me. Like I eould ever trust them to give me a credit!!

BEWARE! Best of Orlando is a scam. Didn’t receive tickets and they no longer answer my emails.

BUYER BEWARE! The parks will NOT accept e-tickets. $1800 purchased in e-tickets a month before and they will turn you away at the gates! They will NOT ACCEPT THESE TICKETS! Even though the e-tickets say they are tickets. The parks will turn you away and make you purchase tickets to be able to enter the parks. Sea world in Orlando was our first stop and I will say it again they will NOT ACCEPT these tickets!!!

Booked Universal Studios through BestOfOrlando as they had a small discount on gate price, and to be fair, the e-tickets were delivered almost instantly.
The Parks ended up being closed for most of our visit due to Hurricane Ian - Universal were offering extensions / partial refunds to guests who had booked directly with them. Had to chase BestOfOrlando for a response to query as to what our options were, but we were fobbed off with response stating ‘all sales are final’ and ‘we are unable to cancel, modify or exchange the tickets in any way’…

Horrendous. Do not buy anything from them. Total rip off. They sell tickets for other organizations without checking availability. We booked tickets for a tour only to find out that the tour was fully booked solid for the next three days. Since we were leaving in 3 days we couldn't use the tickets and BestofOrlando has a no refund policy. Great way to treat tourists you guys!
