Worst experience ever
This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a luxury retailer.
The problem was never simply that I received defective products. Mistakes can happen in any company. What completely destroyed my confidence in BestSecret was the way Customer Service handled those mistakes.
Within a very short period of time, I received a pair of Boss sandals that showed clear signs of previous use, followed by an Escada evening dress that no longer corresponded to the original design of the product offered for sale. All of the decorative metal embellishments on the shoulder straps were missing, numerous decorative beads were absent from the dress itself, and the original Escada garment bag and hanger were also missing. The garment I received had been altered to such an extent that it no longer reflected the original luxury product I had purchased.
This was not an isolated incident. I have also repeatedly received products without their original accessories or protective packaging, including missing dust bags and other presentation elements that should accompany luxury items.
After the Boss sandals incident, I even contacted Customer Service before placing my next order and specifically asked that my subsequent purchases be inspected with particular care. That request was ignored, and my very next order resulted in an even more serious quality issue.
Despite extensive photographic evidence, detailed explanations and a documented history of repeated failures, Customer Service continued to rely on template responses, standard apologies and the same generic 15% goodwill offer, regardless of the seriousness of the situation.
At no point did I feel that anyone genuinely took ownership of my case or considered the overall pattern of recurring quality control failures. Every interaction felt scripted and focused on closing the case rather than resolving the underlying problem.
Luxury is not defined by the brands you sell. It is defined by the condition in which you deliver those products and by the way you treat your customers when something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, my experience with BestSecret has shown neither.
After everything I have experienced, I no longer associate BestSecret with premium service. I associate it with inconsistent quality control, products that cannot always be relied upon to arrive in genuine new condition, a complete lack of accountability and a customer service department that appears far more interested in applying standard procedures than in resolving serious and repeated failures.

Premium Brand, Substandard Delivery
I have always been happy with BestSecret's products, but unfortunately the delivery experience in Bulgaria completely ruins it.
The local courier company they use is extremely unreliable. Delivery updates are inconsistent, communication is poor, and deliveries are frequently delayed or handled unprofessionally. It is very frustrating to pay for quality products and then have to deal with such an unreliable delivery service.
BestSecret should seriously reconsider its logistics partner in Bulgaria. A premium shopping experience should include reliable delivery, and at the moment that is simply not the case.
Until the delivery service improves, I cannot recommend ordering to Bulgaria.
